I will likely not be coming back to this location. I come to this location all the time and it is usually a great experience, however the last two time I have had a terrible experience with the same server, a young very petite Asian girl. I thought my last experience was just a one off encounter but today confirmed that the issue is actually her. In both occasions she seemed annoyed at the fact I had a large order and she Rush me through the line as quickly as possible. She was very stingy with the portions like incredibly stingy. Each plate had 3 pieces of chicken in each compartment and she wasn’t paying attention because she got my order wrong 3 times which is difficult to do considering I’m telling her what I want as she puts it in the tray but anyway, my experience was terrible and I feel completely ripped off. I'm only giving one star because it's the lowest possible I can give without giving any stars at all and still leaving a review. I can't believe how ridiculously rude the manager was. Annette, our server, however, was nothing but sweet and trying to help us validate a coupon that read, quote, "10% off your next 5 visits", but the manager would not honor the coupon and started to argue and get very angry when we tried to explain that the coupon said one thing, but she would not honor what it said. What upset me the most is how she handled the situation. You do not argue with the customers. You do not treat a customer the way she treated us. I have been a loyal customer to Panda Express since the first Fresno location opened up inside the Vons on Cedar in the late 90s which is no longer there. I would have given this location a one star but not all of my experiences have been poor. On 9/12/25 @6:30 I go in for the same plate I always get; 50/50, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken. It is standard that the employees check the plate before payment. I go home only to find no teriyaki chicken and the smallest portion of chow mein. I’ve receive small portions from time to time but this was the lowest of low as far as service. I hope service improves although I will not be returning. I ended up driving back...
