Parking nightmare! Paying money to park in the middle of an industrial park is already a bit annoying, but today on 4/6 they had two large expos happening that both apparently ended around the same time and getting out of the parking lot took me no exagerration about 1.5 hours! You pay to park when you enter and they give you a ticket which I thought was just a receipt but for some nonsensical reason when you go to leave you have to enter the ticket into the machine to have the gate arm raise and let you out which takes a bit of time (adds up with thousands of cars all having to do it). They have only three lanes doing this for thousands of cars. If you pay when you enter why not just raise the arm and let people leave without having to insert your paid ticket back in? An hour and a half of my life I'm never getting back. They need a better system, very disrespectful of the time for people who attend or work...

We have been coming here for roughly 5 years for cheer competition, and I can say that this place has gotten worst each year.

This year, when trying to address a complaint issue the so called manager, took no notes or interest as I tried to explain my concern. She instead complained that this event was very busy.

So we have a manger "so called" complaining the facility is busy. Not really whom I want running my business. This is one of many issues with the facility in my eyes.

We also had the Atlanta Police on duty, doing the usual harrassment of only a select few. Can not sit here, no reason why? Yet others are sitting in front of fire exists (blocking qccess) and that is ok (No Safety issue).

When this facility gets a mangament staff that really cares, and interacts with customers as apposed to sitting behind a desk. Then maybe the place can start a turn around.

I would NEVER recommend this place...

Conference center is always well put together. The added bonus for you fellow germaphobes is that there ARE those wonderful toilet seat covers in the restrooms. There may be security behind the scenes but there's no visible security personnel around. I wpuld suggest adding police or some sort of deterent for security purposes. While we were here literally inside the building for a conference there was a bomb threat. It took probably 10 minutes to figure out what was going on and for police to arrive. Again, no security present. About 5 min or so after people were walking out a gentleman who seemed to be very flustered started yelling at people to leave the building. No alarms, no voice over system, nothing. Anyway, my 2 cents. Photo is standing outside after...

We attend a three day weekend volleyball tournament and I was a little disappointed because I believe if you have a sport tournament you should have a more healthy food selection specially for the athletes Vendors at tournament: Chick-fil-A, Papa Johns not counting that chick-fil-A doesn’t open on Sunday leaving only with one choice PIZZA, eating pizza after a game whole you are referring waiting for your next match NOT A GOOD IDEA. Place was very crowded not enough space chairs where too close to each other making difficult for parents with small children in a stroller.

I attended an event here. If you are looking for a place to host a conference...THIS IS CERTAINLY the place! The conference rooms vary in size...the conference I attended was a hair show and it was a large space! I am guessing at least 75 vendors were set up inside and then hundreds of ladies attended. Still room to walk. There are several hotels within walking distance and plenty of parking. Only one thing I would have like to have seen....better signage for local people attending a conference here. But otherwise...great spot for business or church conference.
