Summary: Great place to get active. No snack bar. Might wait in line to get in. Reserve birthday parties in advance, large groups are difficult to accommodate.
State college has been anticipating the opening of this trampoline park for about 2 years now. Some of us had given up hope that they would ever open, but here it is and I hope it survives. Aside from the growing pains of the unexpected demand on a rainy Saturday after their soft open, the facilities are almost perfect. The play area itself is super. There's a ninja like obstacle course, dodgeball area, lots of trampolines Etc. The only problem is the lack of a snack bar. They offered catered parties with delivered pizza and a vending machine area, but if you're planning on staying for quite a while with your kids there's no real way to feed them. I suppose they're catering to the 'drop in and play and go home' market, but State College is sorely lacking in active indoor play activities like this. And the snack bar issue may just be my own opinion. There's dozens of parents and grandparents sitting around on the padded benches watching their children jump, and easily a hundred children getting their move on, and we did show up on a crowded Saturday with about 10 kids (our outdoor party activity was rained out) and were accommodated as best as possible. So really, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if you don't care about...
Read moreI went with my 3 kiddos on Dec 23rd & wanted my middle child to go look at the little area & big area as he is right on the line & is autistic & was not wanting to try it out(was way overwhelmed). The young man on counter said we could not go up & look & I almost walked out. My oldest(been there before) & youngest wanted to jump soooo bad so I stayed & weighed options. A mgr. KASHIA came out & I told her about my son, & she mentioned about a time that is specific for special needs kids & their families & then went above & beyond & basically held his hand & took us up to show him the areas. He was still unsure but she allowed him to have a band on for little area but warned the guards that he could go up to big area & he did so towards end. She checked in on how it was going halfway through jump time & smiled when she saw he warmed up & was having a great time with his...
Read moreAbsolutely well worth the wait! I love how they have a kind of “after hours” time called Club Air on Friday and Saturday nights from 9-midnight. They turned off the lights in the park and instead had disco and black lights on, as well as a live DJ pumping out the music for us jumpers. This is awesome that Get Air has this setup as it gives us area high school and college students a safe, sober and fun place to hang out instead of running around downtown and possibly getting into trouble. I especially love how the staff gets into the spirit of the after hours time by having brightly colored neon shirts on that makes them easy for us to spot if we need anything. Puts my mind at ease knowing that even in the darkness, the staff is there making sure everyone is having a safe and fun time. Can’t wait for...
