Burger King — Restaurant in College Township

I worked at this one when it first opened. I can say the food is all made the way it is supposed to be made. The staff is pretty good for the most part, but there is still an issue with cold food. I have received a lot of cold burgers and a lot of cold fries, but it's better than Mcdonalds. I def think that Burger King is better than others they still have much room for improvement. If they made your food hot and fresh every single time, they would have 5 stars. I would say this is a better option than a lot other places, and if you have seen any of my other reviews, you know I'm brutally honest. This country was built on making the product the best they could for the customer, now it's how can they make the most for the big wigs at the corporation, that money does not trickle down to give the employees an incentive to work harder. We need companies to care about the customer again, not the corporation. Until that changes, nothing else will change. As the customers, we need to stop paying for garbage if it isn't made hot and the way you like it take it back make them do it right, that's how we hold these companies accountable. We have came through a couple times and i feel like they dont care if they lose customers, multiple times we have came through and had asked for no ice and gotten drinks with ice and this past time we had drank some and our mouth was on the straw and "Amber" asked for it back even though a previous time we were told that due to covid they could not take it back through the window, we spent 20 dollars and they refused multiple times to give us pickles even though we were willing to pay for them and eventually got 7 pickles as a side of pickles... kinda ridicuouls because we were told by "Stephanie" that since we didnt order "food" which we did but did not purchase sandwhiches that we were not able to get pickles. They were being pretty rude and we even mentioned that we had problems there before and were told that they "didn't know what to tell us" pickles arent that expensive and we spent well enough money to get a side of pickles to take with. Not happy with this location. University drive was WAY better!

Jody doesn't know the difference between a "lemon Coke" and any other type of cokes. How can you hear "Frozen Coke or Diet Coke" when I SPECIFICALLY said 5 times "Lemon Coke!?"

One drive thru lane shut down, for no reason? They rang in my order correctly on the menu board in the drive thru, but when I got to the window to pay they added more items I didn't ask for! (This happens too many times.) The order taker seemed relieved that I didn't order any drinks seeming panicked and "Thanking God". I'm not paying for food that they added that I DID NOT ORDER.
