Great experiences this week at Autozone. "It all happens at once" is true as I had problems with three family cars. At the beginning of the week they lent me a head gasket tester that conveniently measures escaping gasses in your coolant via the filler port. This saved me a lot of time not having to pull spark plugs for my mechanical compression tester. When returning the test device the next day, I carried in a wiper that completely outwitted me to install. One of the associates knew instantly there was a known fitment issue with my model car and the wiper I had. Lastly, I came back on Friday to have them check the charging system on the third car. Tristen's test equipment identified the battery was failing, and I drove away with a warranty replacement. I recommend this shop for their superior Customer Service and talented crew. You are supposed to be the experts, hence the customers calling you will need your help and expertise and may not conduct themselves or speak in the same language as YOU, THE EXPERTS. Since you are being paid to help customers, you might want to speak to ALL people, both men and women, with respect and in a friendly manner.
