Ross Dress for Less — Local services in College Township

I had a very disappointing experience at this Ross store. One of the managers, a tall guy with a beard, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I simply asked him a question, and his response was so dismissive and unprofessional that I felt uncomfortable even approaching him. Customer service should be about helping and supporting shoppers, but this experience left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I hope the management takes steps to address this kind of behavior. One of my absolute favorite stores! I've been to a few different Ross stores and they all seem to be the same. Fabulous prices and great selection. Wish the bathrooms could be easily accessed though. I don't like to have to alert someone just to get into them. Its like telling the whole store that you're going to use the restroom and its a little embarrassing. The lady with the short blonde hair at the cash register had a very nasty attitude. I get it we all have bad days but this isn’t the first time. As I walk up to the register she didn’t speak, which is ok whatever. But after she ringed my item up she didn’t even bag it and hand it to me, I had to ask for a bag.
