Academy Mart — Attraction in Colorado Springs

Not well kept. Parking lot poles are knocked down and there is tons of graffiti. No heating or cooling in the buildings I went into. Businesses complain about the landlord of this area. Every store smells like weed. Please clean this area up!! It could be so nice just like the stores up the street....
