Had dinner here last night and based off the previous reviews was excited to give it a try. I am a vegetarian and finding vegetarian and non vegetarian options is harder with friends and family. The biggest thing I had a problem with was the service. The person waiting on our table was the worst customer service I have ever had. When we were greeted for the first time there was no pleasantries but just a what do you want to drink...ok then she didnt refill our drink more than once. She didnt ask us how our food was. She didnt come back to the table at all so I couldn't even ask for a to go box. Not sure if I offended her with the use of yes maam and no maam. We saw another server in the restaurant that was attentive and even brought the check to the table when the table was done eating. Will never eat here again. This part of the review has nothing to do with the restaurant. Just for all who read this review it is important that you read up on thai food and understand what you are ordering. Ordered the Pad Thai and it is an acquired tatse.

Friendly and accommodating wait staff! Food is prepared fresh, but quick! Usually no more than 15 minutes and that’s for their less popular dishes. I’ve seen food come out in just a few minutes for many! Food is authentic, great portions, great taste. Taste just like home. Very affordable and priced verrrrrryyyy fair. I got a whole tilapia, soup, a buttload of rice, papaya salad, all for under 25 bucks including taxes and all! I’m Asian and I don’t have a lot of family, so every time I come here, makes me feel like I’m at home and I don’t want to leave haha. I see the staff over there eating and I’m like I wonder what they’re having, can I join haha. Thanks again for such a great experience!!!!

Stopped in for lunch randomly because I could smell the delicious aroma from down the road (not exaggerating). I am so glad I did, I am not fortunate enough to have a good Thai place where I live so I try to get some whenever possible. Spice level was on point for my Pad See Ew (I love spice but can't handle it like I used to, a 2 out of 5 was perfect for me) and I have only ever had satay with peanut sauce so having some of it with the special cucumber sweet & spicy sauce was a game changer and I loved it! I am very happy I stopped, I may have to come back again before I am sent back home

I have been going to this restaurant for over 15 years. After Covid, the quality and consistency went down tremendously, to the point where I only get 1 dish from there now... Thai beef salad. I had a problem with this dish a couple years ago and wrote a review as well. Friday, May 2nd I ordered 4 dishes. Thai hot beef salad, Thai hot Pad Thai, hot chicken fried rice and yakitori. I attempted to eat my Thai hot Thai beef salad but it was sooooooo sooooo hot I couldn't even eat it. Background, I am Thai and I have ordered this dish on numerous occasions, not just here but in several states I've been to, and it's never ben red in color or so hot I couldn't eat it. 3 of the Thai dishes were pure red in color when you opened the containers. The fried rice was so hot my son couldn't eat it either. I contacted the restaurant and instead of just apologizing and telling me they could remake the food, they blamed ME For ordering Thai hot. They also told me that the red color didn't indicate it was spicy. After arguing with the cook over the phone I told them forget it, I didnt want them to remake anything. After thinking about it, I called back and asked them to remake the food because I paid for it I sent my best friend Jason to pick it up. When he went to pick up the food, the waitress who has been serving us for years was rude to him, declined taking back the original food the cook told me to bring back. One of the cooks also told him that when people order Thai hot they don't normally make them Thai hot because this ends up happening and walked hik over to the spice level sign. I am just so disgusted at the excuses and behavior. As an employee of the restaurant and cook who is actually making food for the customers, you should have some kind of accountability. It's a simple fix but to blame the customer, is just not ok. I do not think I will be going back, my son said the food has sucked for years and he doesn't know why I get food there anymore as well. Attitude of staff is important and I am not just some new customer. I literally have been going there for years when the food was actually good. The new food that replaced the to hot to eat food was absolutely bland, no flavoring at all. One extreme to the next. I am just very disappointed and underwhelmed. I...

This was my review before the last time i stopped in: I stop in once every month or two and have for years. Over 20 years.

Sometimes for lunch sometimes for dinner. Great food. Great service. I've never been disappointed by their food. They'll actually make your food Thai hot unlike some other Thai places in town. Bottomless Thai iced tea. Yum. My favorite is the pad se ew beef. I like pad thai, waterfall beef, their soups, their teas, its all good. Everything that I've tried here is a winner. If only they moved to the north side. Edit: I stopped in with my family like I often do. We ordered, my food came I started eating it, then the waitress came and said that there was a mistake and brought me a new plate. I said that i hadn't noticed anything but ok. The cook poked his head out and was watching. She said to keep the original. She walked back and he looked a bit upset. I didn't think anything of it at the time. However, when we were leaving my stomach was aching a bit. We got home, I was going to put my leftovers in the fridge. I took a bite of the original plate again a d there was a few strands of hair. Gross. I puked and tossed the 1st plates leftovers. Later, my stomach was aching so bad that I had diarrhea and actually puked violently while doing so. I think that something was wrong with that first plate and they sent a substitute and the waitress was probably supposed to being rhe other back. Never again. Y'know, I have forgiven them for the time their restroom toilets weren't working and they said to throw toilet paper in the trash, which was ultra gross. But that should have been the last red flag. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. I would avoid it. It hasn't been the same since the owner sold it anyway. You lost a longtime customer with that...
