We purchased a sectional sofa from the showroom floor, and it turns out, it didn’t fit down our basement stairs. The deliverymen returned the item to the store, with no hassle. We went back to the store a few days later to see if we could find something smaller. We looked around and found something that would work, but was out of our price range. As we were leaving, our salesperson mentioned to Brian how we were having trouble finding something to fit our needs. Brian had something that just came in that wasn’t even on the floor yet. He took a few minutes and unwrapped a piece for us to see. It was perfect. Not what we went into the store looking for, but now that its in our house, we LOVE it! My mother bought a lovely chair and coach from here and all was well. We accepted the build and delivery times. The furniture was delivered and the next day, in the sun, two yellow stains were visible. We called them and got some run around that finally ended with send us some pictures. We e-mauled them some pictures and they sent someone to look at the chair. He agreed there was a stain and that they would order two replacement panels for the chair where the stains appear. We did not hear anything for weeks and weeks. We call back and they forget to order the panels and can we resend the photos. We resent the photos and now they have to resend a guy out to look at the chair again because now they are not sure the company will build the replacement panels. We have not even had the chair a year. Worst customer...

There is a smaller showroom than some places in town and driving by you might think the building isn't open. Some nice stuff inside though, couches and recliners mostly but a few bedroom sets. We bought a bedroom set that was very similar to another larger place in town for alittle less money. The bedroom set we got is built better and with noticably better craftsmanship when looking closer at it. Delivery people were great setting everything up but our fault the couch didn't fit where it needed to go. The only problem with delivery is they give you a date and don't call till the day of delivery to let you know when they will be there in a four hour window. I asked them to call 15 minutes prior so I could get home from work and so it was fine for me but was a little concerned we might not get...
