I’m giving it 1 star due to my parents loving their pedicure. My experience however was brutal. I have been getting the same color and shape on my toes for over 7 years, every month. Square white. The shape was done pretty well but I was cut 3 times and my nails beds shaved down to the skin on two different toes. I also have acrylic on my big toe and told her I needed a fill which she assured me I didn’t after telling her I wanted to avoid a dip in the nail resulting in bumpy polish. She swore it wouldn’t happen. The lady kept asking me if I liked them while she was painting and I told her no because she kept filling my cuticles with paint and then she would get upset and continue to paint more coats of gel on? I told her to stop because they were getting so thick and bubbly. There was also a dip in the polish like I mentioned earlier from the lack of a fill. I winced in pain, saying over and over again ow! Ow! it’s burning please stop ow! All she said was sorry. And kept going. Eventually I told her to please stop and take off the polish, she did and told me to wait until a younger lady in the front could finish. I examined my toes they were bleeding and raw/red. My skin was missing from my cuticles and she drilled over them numerous times. I did not feel comfortable with them putting acrylic/monomor and gel over my open cuts for fear of infection. My feet are how I work. They are in boots all day, they hurt everyday anyway I dont want open wounds to further affect that. I said what discount can you give me with me walking out like this? When she was taking off the polish she ruined the shape as well. She said well we don’t charge for polish and the pedicure is already done. I explained how I was literally bleeding and it was burning. She took half my acrylic off etc… she said all I can do it 10%. I didn’t expect to pay nothing but atleast half off for wasting my time, putting me in pain, and now ruining my future plans because I will now have to wait weeks for these to heal before doing anything with them again. The young lady that seems to run the shop is extremely rude and lacks customer service. These people that work in these shops do not care to have any training in customer service or perform good work because people will still come. It’s insane. I just moved here, I get my toes done once a month and my nails done twice a month. That’s over $200 a month without tip, that I willing spend every single month and will for the rest of my life because that’s what I like to do. The lack of customer service and care for their customers health has made them miss out on thousands of dollars from me and everyone that I know. I will ensure to be honest with every single person I meet about my experience. Very disheartening. It’s been a day and my feet hurt ever step I take, they burn constantly. I hope I do not develop an infection or I will have to see them in court. I wish I took better pictures or even took pictures of the paint job but I was trying to trust...

I hardly ever leave reviews and when I do, they most of the time positive reviews. But I really felt I needed to make this review. I’m not one to get my nails done every 2 week. I get them like every 3 months so I’m always going to different places, trying out different businesses. I decided to take my daughter who was only seven and I to go get our nails done for Christmas I looked up some nail shops and this one intrigued me especially after I went to their Facebook page and seen their work. So on a positive note, they are pretty talented I guess I mean, what I asked for was simple. This place has so many “extra fees” and after reading other reviews I’m not the only one it bothers. I specifically picked out easy designs for my daughter and I (just LINES) to be exact and they said we HAD to get gel nails because of the design. I have seen multiple places able to do SIMPLE designs with regular polish. So then after that, not only did we have to upgrade to gel for BOTH of us, each design cost 5$ extra. So my 7 years old very SIMPLE manicure came out to 35$. The lady did it in less than 15 minutes. ALL the places I’ve been her manicures are always 10-15$. MAYBE 20. Then we get my nails. So they have a base rate of gel nails (which I was basically forced to get) but NOTHING comes with that base price. You have to pay extra each length, each shape, etc. WHAT!? I totally see maybe charging extra for specific shapes like coffin for instances or for a length that is over a certain length but no, no matter what length you get or what shape, expect to pay extra. So what does the gel manicure even come with? Nothing. You have to pay extra for every little thing. Not to mention she didn’t cut my cuticles or nothing. So I asked for square shape which cost extra cause every shape does. Then she asked if I wanted them rounded off a little bit which I usually always do, I said yes but Of course, extra. Then I’m reading reviews that they charge extra for depending on what chair you sit in during a pedicure.?!?!? This place is ridiculous. Literally just a money scam. Extra for every little thing. So in the end for my SEVEN year old to get a very simple manicure that took about 10 minutes and for me to get a very simple full set, I paid for 100$. I ALWAYS tip no matter what but I didn’t tip. They got their tip in all those extra fees. Whoever is running this business needs to make some changes. Every single thing can’t be extra. I’m still wondering what exactly comes with the base prices, because u will never pay that considering everything cost extra. Horrible experience and my nails look good but this wasn’t hard, anyone could...

This was my first and last visit. I came here today to feel relaxed and get quality service and I left with the opposite of that. When I came in behind another customer I heard the employee Rebecca tell another customer they were not open until 9:30 a.m. (online it says you open at 9am).

Rebecca did seem a bit rude in the beginning but I will add that she redeemed herself and made great conversation with me as she did my pedicure.

I requested a gel manicure service that I was very disappointed with in the beginning. With pedicures you are supposed to feel relaxed and not have another person trying to do your manicure. I am completely on board with my old gel manicure being soaked off with the acetone while I get my pedicure but to sit there and begin filing and scraping my nails is uncomfortable especially when I have to turn my body for you to get to my left hand.

My nails did not even soak for 5 minutes and Jenny began trying to remove the gel with the scraping tool. She began to file the top of my nails to get the rest of the gel off. I’m okay with you filing the top of my nail for a small areathat still has gel such as the corners but to file the whole nail is a bit much, afterall that’s the reason you soak the gel so you don’t have to do all that work and damage the natural nail.

I asked Jenny if I could just resoak my nails rather than her file but she ignored me and continue to file the top of my nails. I then asked Rebecca to tell her what I originally asked and she proceeded to soak them for me. When it came time for Jenny to file and shape my nails they were horrible. She cut them so short that she couldn’t even fix her filing mistakes. When you cut down nails you are supposed to cut down to where you still have a nail to file. My nails were uneven and rigid on the edges. Rebecca tried to fix the shape but Jenny had already butchered them to the point that Rebecca would be risking giving me nubs for nails if she tried to file some more.

The whole time Jenny did my nails she kept looking at the clock which made me feel like the work she was doing was rushed and not good quality. Rebecca ended up completing the manicure service. I though they were fine until I got in the light and noticed my cuticles and the polish. I didn’t even get lotion on my hands or any oil on my cuticles.

I paid $99.00 including a 16.00 tip and I’m happy at all. I always tip becuse I was a waitress for several years throughout college and know that tipping is important but man I feel like I just wasted...

our nail tech was great! didn’t catch her name but she was an older lady with glasses. she made sure we were comfortable and she was very nice. awesome work on the two manicures we got. is nice to know salons still have nice and welcoming atmosphere and nail techs. we never know what someone is going through so is awesome to have a warming experience, we definitely will be coming back!! i am updating (first short square pink cat eye picture was immediately after being done, next pictures are a week and half) once i came back almost 2 months later. even though our first time here was awesome, the second time was a let down. i came back for a full set with the cat eye polish. there was no cuticle care, lady used wrong tips which made my nail bed look bigger than it is, shape is all different in each nail as well length barely matched on all nails, they looked okay but has not even been 2 weeks and my nails are very outgrown (due to no cuticle care), definitely felt burned with the files the nail artist used and when i would pull back or say something she ignored and kept doing the same which ties into getting talked to very poorly when nail artist needed my hand or finger place a certain way, once my nails were done the cuticle oil was place on my nails? as far as i know it goes on the skin but she didn’t care to pay attention to where she was placing it. my partner and i went together and her nails look amazing almost 2 weeks in with a manicure and design which further disappoints me. definitely ask questions and pick the best option for nail artist! it is your time and money and they have great nail artists, just be aware!
