Worst Customer Servive and The Fries Are Cold, Old and The oil they used is old. I only complained because the fries is for my 2 yrs old grand daughter. I used to managed burger king on US Army and US Airforce Bases in Japan and Guam. By Far, this store is the worst on customet service. I called to tell them about the fries because we went drive through a minute ago before I xalled at 2pm Decrmber 7, 2024. The lady answered "what time did I come and where? So I told her just a minute ago and thr lady handed us the food in the parking lot and we where on a white car. So, she just hang up the phone. I called baxk and this time I asked for the name of tje managet and I want to talk tp him or her? She said its Glady's name of the manager and I told her their customer servixe is F'ng sucks because she hang up on me the first call. She told me not to use the F word because she just answer the phone. She hang up again. A minute later I saw my cell phone with 2 missed call "unknown" and I called back their numbet and ask if she called me, she said yes, she called to let me know that she called the cops because I used the F word???? So, instead of taking care of my complain because I was givenan old french fries and baf customer service. Now its my fault and get harrased on my private cell phone. Read moreWe went to the BK off of 375 S Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80910 for our lunch today (9/22/2020). The gentleman that was giving our food was extremely unprofessional and rude. First I ordered a Family Bundle using the Offer code I received on the BK App. As we were pulling up to the window, we realized that we needed to add a large French fries to the order. The gentleman told us, in a very condescending and rude manner, that he cannot add anything else to the order due to there was a line. How long does it take to add one large French fries to the order? As if he was inconvenienced. So we drove back around and after waiting for 10 mins we made an order of the French fries and decided to add a chicken fries. We get up to the window and told the same gentleman that we wanted to use an offer code that we saw on our BK App. Again the gentleman had such a rude attitude and he told us that he cannot add the code, we haven't even paid yet. He could of simple deleted the order, punch in the order and the code. I've worked at a fast food restaurant in the past and it takes less than 60 seconds to delete and item and enter it back in. We asked him if there was a way to put the code in and he proceeded to take our card and charge us full price! I've never had issues in other BK restaurants. I live near the one off of 1364 Interquest Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80921 and they are always friendly and goes above and beyond to help a customer out. In fact, we showed our thanks by giving her Starbucks gift card and a pumpkin spice candle because we built such a great rapport.
I'd figured all BK restaurants were the same. Hence why I convinced my coworkers to come with and eat there. I'd hope to have been meet with great service, great food, and great employees. Guess I was wrong. Not only was I made a fool but wasted our...
Read moreI walked in and the first person (which was a manager named tiffany) told me they couldn't take debit card, I used the bathroom and came back out. A second nicer girl who's name I never got asked me for my order and said they could take my card. I ordered a number 13 (chicken fries) and while I was waiting the manager tiffany was sitting on one of the back counters texting shouted at the girl waiting on me, "use your eyes, they're right there" to which the girl informed her manager that the chicken fries were sitting there awhile and that she wanted to wait for fresh ones. The manager instructed her to give them to me anyway. When I was given the chicken fries they were indeed cold and subpar. I took them back and the manager said something under her breath and proceeded to give me an even worse batch of chicken fries. This is when I had to say something. I called on my cell phone and watched as the manager ignored the call. I called again and this time I could see the manager again sitting on a food prep area. I asked her to meet me up front. I said that I saw what she did and that I felt she should apologize to the employee for being rude to her. The manager not only refused but told me "I need to get my ears checked" as she walked to the back to avoid me. She also asked this poor girl if she said those things to which the employee was to afraid to respond. I demanded the number for a regional manager. The supervisor did supply this and I definetly called. I will not be eating here as long as that manager is still employed. I would accept an apology to myself and the employee that the manager was belittling. I understand people have bad days but as a leader you have to set a...
