COST CUTTERS — Attraction in Colorado Springs

I had booked an appt online as I hadn't had my hair done in almost a year and it was kinda last minute since I just found out we are having family coming from out of state for the 4th and we are doing a family photo so needed to have a highlight and a cut. Sarah is who usually does my hair and has always done a FABULOUS job, however since this was such short notice, I just took first available stylist. That was my first mistake! Before my appt, I was doing a Google search to see if my salon had wifi, & for some reason, it brought me to a Yelp review about a different stylist and it was nothing good. I thought to myself, I hope that's not who I get today, but wouldn't ya know it! I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt when I went in and I kinda felt something was "off." Usually when I get my highlights done I'm there about 3 hours - today, I was in and out in under 2. I thought that was strange & when I got home, I wasn't happy. I could still see gray in my hair and it didn't look like anything had been done. Since this was a late Mother's Day gift from my boyfriend, he said I better call & get it fixed. So I called them & spoke with Bri who spoke w/Sarah & had me come back. Bri then did the MOST AMAZING job fixing my hair, color and cut!!! She went more than ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! Come to find out, it seemed like NOTHING was done to my hair the first time & the cut was all uneven but Bri is my HAIR HERO!!!! I left completely satisifed and happy w/my look and will HIGHLY recommend her and Sarah to anyone & everyone I know!!!!!!! THANK YOU BRI...

Called for a haircut today and the problem started with the phone call, which I then should have realized that this is the wrong place to go. The girl on the phone sounded like she had no clue what she was doing. I told her I needed a haircut, she looked up a time and scheduled me for 3pm, then proceeded to ask me what kind of haircut I wanted. Hmmm... kinda strange. So I said, well I’m a man, therefore I want a “men’s” haircut. I went in at 3:00, and the person scheduled to cut my hair was Shane, he said give me a few minutes. It was obvious that he just started a women’s haircut and it was not going to take a “few minutes”. I waited for 25 minutes and left. I called back and asked for the corporate number to make a complaint. He told me that there is not a corporate number, and that he was basically the only one that can handle the complaint. Sounds far fetched to me. I then asked for the regional managers number and he told me that all complaints need to go thru him before they can be escalated to the regional manager. Hmmm. Guess who the person is, who says he must handle all complaints. It’s Shane, the person who was scheduled to cut my hair, I am hoping the regional manager will see this and give me a call back, because this “gatekeeper” will not allow me to talk to anyone above him. I will continue to call everyday until I can talk to someone who is of some sort of authority because it’s obviously...

First time I've been there , my husband gets his hair cut by shayne so he told me to give him a try . Let me tell you , I have short hair and always been sceptical about getting a haircut since I have not been able to find anyone yet that knows how to give a decent pixie cut . But boy oh boy shayne knows what hes doing , i went in for a cut that's it , i came out 4 hours later with a amazing haircut and color ( and not just old lady color I GOT PURPLE AND I LOVE IT , MY KIDS LOVE IT , RANDOM STRANGERS LOVE IT ) .I have never gotten this many compliments in one day !!! Shayne , Shaynes boss and shaynes bosses boss if you are reading this SHAYNE YOU ARE AMAZING !!! YOU TOOK SO WELL CARE OF ME ASKED TONS OF QUESTIONS TO MAKE SURE I WILL BE HAPPY WITH THE RESULT , SHAYNES BOSS AND BOSSES BOSS YOUR EMPLOYEE BLEW ME OUT OF THE WATER TODAY !!!! I was almost in tears I was so happy with how my hair looks . THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN 13 YEARS THAT I LIVED IN THE US THAT I HAVE NO COMPLAINS WHATSOEVER !!!
