Caveat Emptor…Buyer Beware! Summary: CLA 250 10+ weeks 3 installs $1,000+ in damage Details: Chose Creative Audio as they had Saturday hours. Jan 26 was 1st day tint was installed. Was told bubbles would disappear in three to four days. After a week, was told that the weather didn’t allow for the tint to cure correctly and the tint would have to be re-done. Upgrading the tint material was recommended and agreed to. Returned for next appointment to R&R with the upgraded material. Picked up vehicle and noticed bubbles, and now, rear defroster grid was damaged. Was instructed to leave the vehicle outside so the tint would cure. Bubbles would disappear and sometimes the tint is darker in places and made it look like the defroster lines were gone. Was told this was a common occurrence. Additionally, the sensor that controlled multiple key functions stopped working. Was told that this was also a common occurrence but usually dries out in 3 to 4 days, not that it would render the system inoperable. Had Mercedes inspect the rear window and confirmed that there was damage to the defroster grid. Returned again and management inspected the work and said that it would need to be re-tinted again and the rear window would have to be replaced. They were not accepting any responsibility for the sensor and refused to do anything about it. Returned for the third tint R&R with the addition of the rear window R&R. Picked up the vehicle on April 8 and living with it. Totally...
Read moreEverything started out fine. I identified the stereo I wanted installed and pre-paid before my scheduled appointment. Labor, for a single stereo install, is $100. The price of a stereo (receiver) is likely an additional $100 for the connectors and installation pieces. That’s fine too. They’re up front about cost and were friendly. However when I dropped off my car before work (using the key drop box I was told to use by the salesman) no employee thought to check the key drop box even though they had confirmed my appointment by text message the previous day. When I returned to collect my car they hadn’t started to do anything and were puzzled as to who I was even though the car that fit the description for their 1pm install was sitting in their tiny lot. I don’t write a lot of Google reviews and maybe it’s no big deal but they have an underlying unfriendly attitude even when caught with their pants down. It made for a long end of the work week for them and me. Maybe...

IF YOU LOOKING TO UPGRADE THAT SYSTEM, FIND MASON, he’s not your regular sales guy that tries to up sell you. He provides you with what you need in order to fulfill that sound the you are...
