The Mizzou Store — Attraction in Columbia Township

Purchased an adult shirt and kids shirt for white out game however we did not end up going so i went to return both shirts as neither were worn or even tried on new with tags never left the bag. I get to return desk and the lady tells me “we don’t do returns on Gameday shirts” and i was only able to return kids shirt. Not sure what they qualify as a “Gameday shirt” as this specific shirt just says Mizzou on the front and has all sec helmets and teams on the back what makes this a game day shirt? I could see if it said White out game on 9/9/23 or something but it doesn’t. Also was never told when purchasing that shirt would not be returnable had i know that at time of purchase i would not have gotten the shirt. Very disappointing please have your staff notify customers at check out if they are buying something that cannot be returned so they are not surprised when they try to return a brand new unworn shirt. After this interaction i think i will go back to buying our Mizzou...

Absolutely horrible customer service and zero sense of responsibility. Ordered books online on Sunday. It’s now Thursday. I have now emailed twice seeking a reason they still have not shipped. No response. I have called literally over 10 times, trying customer service 6 times, online sales 4 times, and textbooks. Customer service and online sales just ring until it hangs up. No one answers. Textbooks made it clear that they will ship them when they ship them. No move made to look into it or get me help. School has started. The books could have easily reached me by now. But they aren’t even shipped and no one will even address it. Oh, and I was told that if I ordered from Amazon, I probably couldn’t cancel the store order….because I can’t...
