My cousin didn't have a good experience. Not much help when you contact them. Didn't have any of the dresses we asked about from the designers they had. They didn't know which dresses would be similar and when we stated we would have to drive over, they stated that we should drive to see the dresses rather than them giving me the information over the phone so I can look at the pictures first. Its very rude and obnoxious to do that. Not very knowledgeable in regards to styles. Did not receive a call back when they said they would to check on styles similar as it took too long for them to decide which ones to recommend. There is not a good selection at all at that point. We asked around friends and family, and it turns out that this is not the first time this shop has been rude and not very helpful and they are definitely spreading the word. If you are looking for a store that will have multiple different styles and expertise, I would recommend elsewhere. It is just surprising to us that a bridal shop would be like this.

I had to add to my review after my friends came and asked me about my expirence here. They went and had the same experience. They also read the reviews and brought to my attention that the owner did not care about her brides and called my review a lie and fake. This is very unprofessional! The reason to post my review is to show others my experience so they don’t go through this during what should be their best day of their life!

I can’t believe someone who owns a store would call a customer a lier! This is insane! I told all my friends and they made sure to cancel their appointments or not even show up to your bridal salon! And the owner even mentioned these bad expierences to her friends so that they should continue to post their reviews so you can keep calling me a lier! This is all because they don’t know what they are doing and want to blame their customers! Just admit you are wrong when you are! I can’t believe you would ruin my perfect day and then do this on top of it!

Absolutely phenomenal experience. I am a bridesmaid in my cousins wedding so we came in last Saturday for an appointment. My cousin picked this place because of their extensive dress collection- a ton of dresses. They carried many of the designer lines she was interested in.

She booked an appointment ahead of time. During that appointment, she had a private dressing room, seating for our whole enterage and someone to help us the whole time.

Tori, who helped us, was absolutely amazing. She really focused on helping my cousin find a dress that she loved and did not pressure her into buying one from Vows. She helped my cousin in and out of over 20 dresses, giving excellent feedback and being so helpful with the fit. We could tell she was 100% invested in making sure it was the right dress. Also, Tori also provided a lot of “emotional coaching” which really helped my cousin keep a positive attitude and make it a pleasant and fun experience. Such a bonus!

It’s such a fun but professional atmosphere. We had a champagne appointment and it was plentiful. You can bring your group of family and friends and it will be what you make it, but Vows definitely kept it positive and fun for us.

The customer service was fantastic here. My cousin “found the gown” and they gave her a cute little board to take a picture with. Such a fun idea and we created lots of memories. We got Tori’s contact information and she promised to follow up for alteration details. Such great customer service.

Their prices are very competitive and they have an excellent selection in Missouri. The experience is worth it by itself. Even if my cousin had not found her dress, I could see us coming back here until she did find one. I highly recommend coming to Vows to get the full experience and checkout their selection. Wow! I wish I could put into words how I felt when I walked into this boutique but I just can’t it’s something you HAVE to experience for yourself. We have been here a few other times for other friends and family so I was familiar with how the process worked. But as the bride I was over the moon. As soon as I walked in the door the staff greeted us and knew exactly who I was! She sat my bridesmaids down and asked how we were doing (had gone to another store that day. Bad experience) we let her know how it was going and what was working and what wasn’t.

She personally took just me around to see the dresses that were there and I LOVED that. She was able to understand and grab an idea of what I was looking for. ME not my party!

As I was trying the dresses on she never mentioned the size. I LOVED THIS dealing with body positivity is hard enough and the way she just said this “one will be a little big but I’ll pin it.” Or “this one will be a little small but I’ll connect it” so I didn’t have to hold the dress up was so nice. It made me feel so confident and comfortable.

Each dress she pulled it beat the other one and on the sixth and last dress I found my dress.
