Great selection of beer when they have it in stock. I have been here several times for Happy Hour with friends and on one occasion it was so bad I ordered 6 different beers and when the waitress came to tell me for the 6th time they didn't have the beer I ordered she just brought me one the manager suggested, and it was added to my bill without me ordering it. On several nights I have wandered in a little before 5:00 PM and despite there being 30+ patrons there was only one server on staff. It sometimes takes as much as 20 minutes to get my first beer. Follow on orders are not any speedier. It is unclear to me where the choke point is, sometimes it takes forever to get the order in, then the beer appears quickly and sometimes I get the order in right away but then wait forever to get the first beer. I have taken to timing the amount of time between me taking a seat and the first beer arriving, if they have the first beer I order in stock, it ranges from 1.5 minutes to 23 minutes.

There also seems to be a lack of product knowledge. I asked for something on the light side from England and was brought a bottle of something Dark that even the Dark Beer drinkers at my table agreed may be the worst beer they have ever tasted.

On the up side i will say they have things I have never tasted before, and some of them are quite good. Also, they regularly have vendor deals and reps. Overall I still kind of wish my friends would find someplace else to go for Happy Hour until they fix the service and available...

This place has the best selection of beer with great bartenders who really know how to pour a beer or make a cocktail! The glasses they use are very visually appealing as well!

ITap does not serve food but they allow you to bring in your own if you would like! The atmosphere in here is always great. I'm a happy hour customer, so I can only speak about that time/staff/crowd, but this place is great. Very wide selection of beers, local and international, tap and bottle. That's pretty much all they do, and they do it well. Bartenders are incredibly helpful and friendly. Tons of seating both inside and outside. Several TVs everywhere. There are no mixed drinks or even sodas (they brought me a can of Diet Coke when I was here with friends but not drinking alcohol), so don't come...
