MAJIK Rent-To-Own — Attraction in Columbia

On August 7th my husband went to purchase a refrigerator so he could build his credit. They promised to deliver it by Thursday the 8th at 3pm. First they were late then tried to bring us a busted up refrigerator. I said my husband specificly said he wanted a new one. The asst manager Ramon said he was sorry and would find us a new one and for inconvenience he would knock off $100.00. They did bring us a new refrigerator BUT after getting it in our house and set up we realized it was a completely different refrigerator then the contract stated it was actually smaller and cheaper in the website. My husband went to talk to them today and the manager acted like he had no clue. My experience was pretty good. I already had one sectional thru majik columbia. I wanted to switch out the sectional with a different set. Went to majik, picked a different sectional and was ready for delivery. I got a call 1 day before delivery and was told the set was previously sold but never marked. So I had to scramble to find a new one. Cassandra was great. She apologized and sent me pictures of options. I wound up going to another majik and picked out a great set. Got it delivered within 4 hours. Ray and Maja were great with delivery because my stairs are a killer. But they took the old set out and brought in the new and were very courteous and helpful. This place is AHHHmazing!! I've replaced every large appliance in my home from this store over the past few years. This is where I go to get expensive electronics like Nintendo Switches for both of my sons as well as a gaming laptop that costs $1,500. I've also gotten a robot vacuum. I've literally never had an issue with anything I've bought from here. Customer service is the best, so if I were to have an issue, I know it would be promptly resolved.
