So disappointed by this shop. I am a regular. I buy more stuff from this shop than anyone probably should. I go there regularly mainly because the rewards program (with as much as I spend, I should be getting rewards), and they have really great prices. Every time I go, as suggested on their door, I check my device to make sure itās working. Any time the device has not worked, either the employee knew how to fix it, or it was replaced in the spot.
Well, I had earned a free vape, AFTER PURCHASING 10, and went to the store. Got the vape, tested it, and left. Well, once it came time to charge the vape, it was evident there was something wrong with it. The vape wouldnāt hold a charge. Now, I KNOW the sign says no replacement, but you canāt check the charging capability at the store⦠and even if you could, if the device is fully charged, itās not going to show a problem with charging. So, I figured Iād bring it to the shop and show them, in hopes that they would stand by their product and replace the defective equipment since I abided by their policy.
The employee that sold me the vape was there, and he called the owner. The owner went through a series of questions with the employee and the employee assured him the device looked brand new ā didnāt look dropped or damaged in any wayāand confirmed its inability to charge. The owners response? I could have a new one at 50% off. So, my FREE device, he now wanted to charge me for.
I am a disabled veteran, and I live on a fixed income, and couldnāt swing itā¦. And in reality, itās the principle. I earned a free vape, and shouldnāt have to pay for it, later, when it doesnāt workā¦. When I checked it before I left.
In hindsight, itās actually pretty sad that so many of your products donāt work after customers leave the store, that you have to put a warning on the door.
Super disappointed. Iām not sure if I will be back. I think Iāll take my loyalty somewhere where...

I ended up getting a product that was definitely more bang for my buck, great customer service and even a small $2.00 discount! I walked out thinking that this store would me my new place to go. Fast forward to today, I walk in and itās a total of four people behind the counter, two women helping customers and two men doing I donāt know what, looking as if they were just hanging out. I stand there right in front of the counter waiting while the two women helped the customers and the two men doing nothing. Finally one of the women wrapped up helping her customer now leaving three people free, not doing nothing and one still helping a customer. I still stood there and not one of those people spoke, looked up at me or asked if they could help me. Still, I stood there a few more seconds and was stunned! I politely walked out. If this is the storesā level of customer service, then let it be but I will never spend my money somewhere where Iām not even acknowledged when standing practically in front of four people who I assumed were employees. The products I went in to buy was going to cost me about $60 but after that I went back to my usual spot and and didnāt get as much bang for my buck but atleast the employees acknowledged...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter coming in to get a coil for a vape i had requested the attendants opinion for the best vape juice, to which he recommended i get a product. after i paid for it he proceeded to open the packaging as if he had purchased it, i do not know what he does with his hands, and in any case it was not vape juice but a whole new vaping apparatus. he would not return the funds to my card and accept the return even though he was the one who opened it. and i was not given time to even look at the product before purchasing. very strange businesses practices, if you can't trust the salesmen then you can't trust the safety or authenticity of the products being sold. Business is business and this business has no business being in business. busy hands and untrustworthy intents, all just to sale someone something they didn't want, I will not returning and i suggest using one of the many many many other vape stores within the 5 mile radius before patronizing...
