ORIELLY'S said hey say they have curbside service. Not. I was there to pick up a master cylinder. Nobody came after I called . Claimed they only had 2 ppl in the store. I saw 5 when I went in. The front desk guy got my receipt went to the pick up section and couldn't find it. Disappears 15 mins later with another associate, walks to the SAME area and picks it up. What should've taken 3 mins took 45 mins. I missed my repair appointment. ...
