You have lost a long time customer with 4 kids. I signed in online the timer said 19 min, I ran a quick errand to the store next door approximately 5 minutes, when I walked into great clips and opened the clock my time jumped from now 13 minutes to 32 minutes. I asked the stylist working how this happened and she explained that more people have signed in. I asked and was confused, I thought it was first come first serve even when signing in online. The stylist explained that this is how the system works.
Obviously I had signed down online as to not waste time sitting around in your lobby unfortunately I was told I would have to sit and wait around in your lobby for 30 plus minutes. After this experience I went to your website and I even read the frequently asked questions. That confused me more because your frequently asked questions agreed with me and not your stylist that the purpose is so I don't sit around and wait but somehow I was able to continually be bumped to the back of the line.
I did get a haircut at sports clips I walked right in and they had no problem helping me, they treated it as first come first serve.
There is no need to send coupons or reply to this email I am sending it as a general customer service point my family will not be back.

Read moreI’ve gone to this location off and on for several years now. Usually, it was fine, but the last several times have been horrible. A male stylist made a huge deal about how thick my hair was and even pulled others over to look at it like I was a sideshow freak or something. It was embarrassing and extremely awkward for me. He did it every time I ended up being in his chair to the point that I stopped going. Finally returned today after a long absence due to the pandemic. The woman who cut my hair seemed more interested in telling me her life’s story than what I actually wanted done with my hair. I waited 45 minutes. I was in her chair less than 5. I wanted a shampoo, a couple of inches trimmed off and my hair thinned out. She did the trimming and nothing else. And she did it unevenly at that. She missed in several places that remained the previous length. It seemed more than anything like she was just in a hurry to get me out of her chair. I witnessed this with a few clients she had before my turn came along. Sad to say I will not be returning to this location. I wasted my time and money, but I can promise you it won’t happen again. If you value your own time and money (and your hair!), go somewhere else, because this location surely won’t...
Read moreThis is the worst great clips location I’ve been to. I waited a few cuts before trying again. I ask for 2 on the sides and to cut my hair down evenly on top. I usually wear a style where I comb or use my hands to part it to one side but with a volume/messier look. This usually means an even cut or they leave a little more to the side I comb it over. The last person that cut my hair cut it so unevenly and left it short on the side I comb the hair over to. The person before them at this location used clippers almost to the top of my head and left me with a strip almost.
