8/5/25: Edit to add that I really don’t like that you pay a convenience charge when ordering online but you can’t even actually pay online. It forces you to pay in store which isn’t very convenient especially if you have to wait in line with the rest of the general public….

Seems like they’re just passing possible unnecessary overhead to customer(s). I mentioned it to them twice now and was told they’d pass the info on.

Also unfortunately they still tend to overcook the steak. Maybe not on purpose but it’s very disappointing so if you order it be aware!!

Also our orders tasted significantly different from the few times we ordered before.

I do love that they have a rewards system now!!

5/5/25: (Initial review) We decided to stop in for their grand opening today for our dinner this evening.

We phoned in our order and the lady that took the order was very nice although a bit distracted closer to the end of the call.

I will say they give you your money’s worth for the portion. The containers are loaded however I do feel like the meals should come with at least 2 cups of yum yum sauce. Instead of just one 2oz container. It’s just not enough in comparison to the food you get.

Overall the taste was pretty good although our steak was overcooked 😕

Also the yum yum was a bit underwhelming. It taste more like a pink honey mustard sauce with a strong vinegar taste 😣

The hibachi meal is served with fried rice and veggies along with one yum yum sauce. You can also choose noodles for $1 up charge.

We ordered the hibachi steak/shrimp combo, chicken hibachi and steak hibachi.

My two teenage children who can eat you out of a house and a home said they really enjoyed their food though.

I’d say we’d give them another try for sure. Hoping they also decide to do a lunch special and even a rewards program that can earn you $ off a purchase or something.

We order door dash and go in decently often, tonight we ordered 3 dishes: chicken for my son , one filet and one chicken and shrimp, we also ordered 6 yum yum sauces. When the dasher came they didn’t have the yum yum sauce, so they sent the dasher back for their mistake (which we had to tip them again bc the restaurant wouldn’t). Anyway we open our boxes and my chicken and shrimp was missing the shrimp (box was labeled chicken and shrimp and also my box has half the amount of chicken as my son’s). My husband called up to let them know and the lady on the phone called him a liar. She said she had checked and the shrimp was in there. She said if we brought the meals in to show there’s no shrimp they’d fix it. What kind of service is that? He offered to send in pictures to prove it and she said no we would have to physically go in and show the box to the worker to prove the shrimp was missing. I’m never going to order from them again! We did not get what we paid for and they called us liars. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and am appalled by this restaurant handles THEIR mistakes. The white lady was kind of mean. First she said it’s going to take about 15 mnts because we just open, so I went to wash my car cross the street for 20 mnts I cameback and the cook was talking to the other Spanish girl and when he saw me he went back to do my order but it took 20 more mnts . A white guy came to order ,the lady was so nice with him saying good morning how is your day going bla bla bla but for me she just said it’s going to take 15 mnts , his order and mine came at the same time , his took 5 mnts to get it ready and his order was hibachi steak and a side of noodle a little bit bigger then my because my was just the chicken hibachi.
