Best Western Hilliard Inn & Suites — Hotel in Norwich Township

My husband and I are truck driver's we are here due to our truck being broke down and in the shop. The first few nights here were nice and quiet. The room is awesome! HOWEVER!!! The people running this hotel have NO CLUE how to control their guest. The first night of this weekend was HORRIBLE KIDS YELLING AND SCREAMING LAUGHING RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE HALLWAYS! I called the front desk and she said she would go back up and check on them. The next day we are woken up at 5AM with yet again KIDS running up and down the hallways screaming yelling and laughing! THEN the next thing we know the cops, fire department and ambulance is here trying to get kids out of the elevator that THEY ( KIDS ) had pushed a button and gotten the elevator stuck which then put the elevator out of service for the day! No we are not afraid to use the stair's. Then AGAIN the second night same thing. My husband went down and asked the lady at the front desk to please make those kids stop running screaming and yelling she said well if I catch them I will try. FIRST OFF WHERE ARE THESE KIDS PARENTS OR GUARDIANS??? Had it not been that our company paid for our stay honestly we would have left the very first night! UNBELIEVEABLE! A hotel ran by people who can't control KIDS!!! If you call and they say the are almost booked for the weekend STAY AWAY!!! These people here can not control their guest. This is the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel! This is coming from someone who managed 3 different hotels at the same time and I NEVER had any problems with unruly guest! NEVER!! I knew how to handle it quickly or those causing a problem would be told to leave without a refund! You want a nice quiet place to stay on the weekend DO NOT STAY here! Or be prepared to stay up ALL NIGHT by kids running up and down the hallways. By the way the parents laughed after they knew the cops, fire department and ambulance was gone. THEY thought this was something to laugh about. Some parents/guardians. Not happy at all with our stay here and we are definitely letting our company know about this no doubt! So we give only 1 star for how things are handled here. Otherwise this hotel is clean, beds are very comfortable, and plenty of pillows. But guest who can't be controlled is a definite turn off. Hotel people need to be retrained on how to handle noisy guest!...

I would give this hotel a 0 rating if I could, we checked in on a Sunday evening and used my rewards. The front desk clerk was so awesome and professional we booked through the 800 number and told them we have service dogs, everything seemed fine, the rooms and the property was so nice we had a great nights sleep breakfast was awesome until Chris the assistant manager came in in the morning he is unprofessional, rude disrespectful first called us about the dogs before he read the notes, then we were having a church pay I gave him the number he called and talked to someone I didn’t know and told me I lied, and we couldn’t stay we are moving and need to stay in a place till our house is ready my husband is very sick with Vasculitis and my daughter is 6 months high pregnancy and I had 2 granddaughters with us. He started running into walls and acted like I was threatening him or going to hit him, run the tape he has no business representing Best Western, he is a terrible little person. I would never recommend this Best Western to anybody and am taking all the proper steps to letting corporate and the BBB know the about the situation so this does not happen to...

I give this place 5 stars. Me and my boyfriend stayed there over the weekend just to get away and have a relaxing weekend. First off, the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and even funny. For breakfast they tell you good morning and the food was pretty good. Not some fancy meal, but it was nice to get up and eat. Second off, the place was REALLY clean. I've been to another Best Western before and it wasn't that clean. Not to mention, there was bed bugs discovered (not on our floor). The rooms were extremely tidy and cozy. I loved the king sized bed and it was so cozy, I didn't want to leave it. I slept so good. Everything was provided, like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tissues, soap, and cups. Third off, it was nice and quiet. It was almost like no one else was even there. I love the peace and quiet when relaxing. The pool was great too. It was clean, not too much chlorine, it was heated, and fun to swim in. Not once did this hotel make me feel gross or disappointed. Definitely wanna come back for another...
