I scheduled my son's 10th birthday party here thinking how great it would be for the kids. I also have a 19 year old so between the 2 children I have had many experiences in having birthday parties in different locations. I scheduled this party a month ago and even confirmed everything the day before. Imagine my surprise when we get there expecting to set up everything ahead of time but was told the host was not scheduled to work until 3. I am sure it was much later than that. Our party was scheduled to begin at 2:30 pm. The staff was confused as we were. We stood there at the front desk with a cart full of things for a while until they tried to figure out what to do. After a time another guy(Norey?) who had his own party to host was to also help us until our own host showed up. This didnt turn out so well. We didn't get into our own room until much after 2:30. Norey, of course, had his own priorities...he helped people in his party first which meant the kids in our party waited and waited and waited for the wrist bands and socks as they trickled in. We asked for drinks at least just pitchers of water and Norey said he'd bring them but, of course.. nothing. Meanwhile several kids kept coming in for drinks /water... how dare they get thirsty from jumping around... I did have to buy some waters from the numerous vending machines around. I am not at all upset with the hosts, Norey and Ben (our own host). These poor kids looked so bad, esp Ben. It wasn't their fault that everything was so poorly organized for our party. My husband and I had to keep walking around b/t the front desk, the room, and the hallway to find our party invitees who were pushed aside by staff to help another party since my party wasn't their responsibility and to find someone to bring us water, socks, wristband, etc...I was so disappointed and upset and had to try to keep the kids who wanted to go jump as patient as possible until someone could help us. In different locations where we had parties for our children in the past, our host usually did everything... they plated the pizza, gave out drinks, they got the cake ready, they passed out the pieces of cake, they cleared the table afterwards... this is usually the reason we had the host and the party in different places so that we didn't have to do any of this...but not here, we had to do all that ourselves. Since we lost time, at least 30 minutes if not longer, I hoped that we could have the room longer...Not so, we had to leave at the appointed time, 4:30 since they had another party scheduled after ours. When I scheduled the party as well as confirmed it, I was told that they would provide gift bags for the kids. Of course, there would be additional charge. For convenience sake, one less thing for me to do, they were to have them for the kids. When asked at the end of the party, we were told that they did not do gift bags. I was flabbergasted... Who the heck did I speak with? I know we discussed this because I was thinking how it would cost just as much if not more if I had to provide them myself. We discussed this so I was very happy to order them and NOT have to do it myself. It's embarrassing that the children did not receive any gift bags. At the end of the party, apparently they gave us $25 off...but I was not appeased. It was and wasn't about the money. In fact, $25 wasn't enough for all of the inconveniences and stress we had to deal with. My husband spoke to the manager about everything. The manager was this young girl who was very snippy with a terrible attitude and completely apathetic about our concerns. In fact, she claimed my husband was being unreasonable for being upset about it all. This was the worst experience ever dealing with some of the staff for a birthday party. The parents/we tried not to show our dissatisfaction to the kids. At least they did have fun jumping. I recognize "Get Air" was busy but they should have had more help during times of parties. Instead we were neglected and treated...
Read moreDoubt putting a review matters, but here’s our experience. Last weekend it was our first time coming to the park with one of our kids. We enjoyed ourselves thinking we found a new spot to have fun, you know, despite the dirty facility, broken trampoline, broken pieces of the rock climbing wall, and people not wearing masks at all when it’s pasted everywhere they are still required to wear. Today, we just left with a refund because their management, life guards, facility, safety and regulations is a complete and utter disappointment. How are you going to single us out for one, my kids jumping in a foam pit on the far wall by the rock climb wall and them helping each other out, causing to be more than one kid in the pit, she comes to tell us we can’t be in there all at once, then here comes a group of 6-7 right after us all jumping in the pit with NOTHING said to the others. For two, How are you going to single us out MINDING OUR BUSINESS in the corner on the trampolines and tell us an hour in to our jumping that our little ones need to be moved over to the little kid area...after we’ve been jumping already for so long? All the while a BABY about 10 months is walking all over where we were jumping and out of respect, we stop jumping for her so she don’t get hurt. So, y’all seriously can’t be serious. Your rock climb wall, has loose pieces that’s going to hurt someone very badly if not fixed? I guess that’s why you all have a waiver to sign, because instead of fixing it and getting the blame on YOU, GET AIR, you want people to do what we just did today...and that was leave and never ever want to come back. You’re not going to come tell us to move when there were others doing the same. If it applies to one, it should apply to all. The manager tells my boyfriend the life guards are just nervous to come up to tell people about the safety and rules so that’s why it “took them so long” to say anything. You cannot be serious about that because that’s the most dumbest thing I’ve heard. When I told the female team member about the rocks being loose and screws coming out of the wall, she tells me management knows and they “just don’t care I guess.” What a joke. What I say won’t matter, but I do hope for anyone that reads this to reconsider another place to bring your kids to have fun and have actual legit safety and regulations up to par and to hope that another place has better staff. Take my word on this because you will walk in and see for yourself the flaws they got going on that’s MORE...

We are membership holders at the Hilliard get air and have always had a good experience until this evening. My children, my husband and I felt unsafe, targeted and terrorized by Rick the second we walked in the door. He was screaming at kids to stop running and I thought oh, they’ve probably just run through multiple times and been asked to stop. Now it makes sense why the staff who is usually friendly, upbeat and “vibing” looked dissociative and barely interacted with us except for to ask the necessary questions.
My children were playing together in the little jumpers area like they always do and Rick came over the loud speaker and was rambling for 2+ minutes about big jumpers not being in the little jumpers area and to get off the slide. Of course we can read the sign that says the height of little jumpers but we have been going here for 2 years with no issues. Rick came over and spoke to my 7yo telling him to get out of the little jumper area, we all left and went over to the foam pits but not before a couple of other parents described Rick as a “buzzkill” and said he’d been like that all evening. Shortly after Rick came over and told my children to get out of the foam pits. My 7yo said “I want to go home”. We had been there less than 20 minutes.
Truly the worst experience and after our membership expires we will not be spending anymore of our money at a place that employees individuals who do not allow kids to be kids or burn off some energy…the entire reason we have a pass. It was also dirtier than I’ve ever seen it, so maybe Rick could busy himself wiping down the couches and picking up trash while he’s...
