Before I begin, this review is for the Fishinger location in Hilliard.

Britney, the manager, was extremely kind and helpful, and FAST!

We’ve been coming here for five years. In fact, we have two other locations that are closer to us, but we choose to come to this one for a few different reasons.

For example, this most recent trip, some things were missing so I went back to ask for them. (It was something small, like onions, but it’s my favorite food combo lol.)

And the service was so friendly right off the bat! They immediately offered to remake the whole thing fresh! And it was fresh and delicious.

Again, for five years, we have never had an unfriendly experience here. In fact, this was the first time something was missing!

More reasons why we love this location: The chili tastes better than other locations, more flavorful. The restaurant is always spotless, in addition, it’s one of the most spacious locations in Columbus. Fast and friendly service, especially in the dining room, no matter how busy they are and short staffed, you’ll be helped in a matter of minutes. They keep their tea ready until close, (I have had other locations throw them out an hour before close!) Five years and this location has yet to disappoint us.

I could honestly go on and on, but I’ll spare you.

Management is doing something right because you can tell the...

My brother wanted skyline for his birthday dinner and despite my mom having meetings all day, she was able to make it to this location an hour before close. Going through the drive through was fine, service was good but what was completely lack luster was the food. The chilitos and fries were half the size they should've been, chilitos were missing the onions she paid for and the added spaghetti was barely there save for three or four noodles. She had ordered five single weiner buns with chz and they gave her five single weiners with chz, no bun. Both me and my mom had worked at skyline a few years ago and understand that portions could have gotten smaller but they definitely did not get this small. We'd be more understanding if it was actually closer to close, but again it was an hour from close. More than enough time for fries,...

Awful! There was one car ahead of us in the drive through and it took over 20min to get from placing our order of a couple of coneys and a 5 way to sitting behind the same car that was being serviced at the window. We never got to the window because the car ahead of us took forever at the window. Kept talking to the employee working the drive through. So we left because 20min plus to service two vehicles is simply unacceptable. We never got the food we wanted because even the employees could not get the customers in the car ahead of us to pull forward and wait. This location has went down hill drastically in recent weeks if this is what is acceptable aervice for Skyline and they just reopened not too long ago. I'm losing faith in the brand here...

Um, it says on Google Maps that you updated your hours 1 week ago. I am a big fan of Skyline and I am very upset. I'm on my way from New England to Chicago, and this location is CLOSED for renovation & partly demolished. Why do you do this to people who like you? It's hard enough to find many of your locations. You can't update the hours on Google & Google Maps to indicate that you are CLOSED? Now, I have to try to find the next closest location to my trip, possibly backtrack, and even then -- the online info could be wrong. When Google says that you updated the info 1 week ago, you assume it's current. That's a valid assumption. Man-O-Man!

I heard of Skyline Chili years ago, driving through Ohio, and we decided to make sure we stopped. The restaurant was busy, but unfortunately, this location lost it lease and will be closing soon. I was surprised to find this was a sit-down restaurant. Our server, Clara, was awesome. We let her know we were from out of state and have never been to Skyline before she gave us a "new customer packet" for each of us. I had chili with cheese, onions, and cheese. My husband went with the standard 3-way (cheese, chili, and spaghetti). We liked it enough to get two large containers to go. Clara said their hot sauce was pretty hot, and she was right.

I don’t normally review chain restaurants, but I like Skyline Chili for their burritos 🌯 (who knew?); but this location is definitely one to avoid. When you walk in, the smell of stale oil and grease permeate the interior of this place. This cannot be a corporate owned location, because corporate would never stand for such a dirty, dated, worn decor. The food was good, but cold, and it was difficult to push the food in past the odor.
