High Up Head Shop — Attraction in Columbus

I had purchased over $1100 worth of items from this shop in january (it is now march 5th) and also in that same month brought in 2 customers with me who spent another $400 each. So far $700 worth of items i had purchased have broken. I purchased a $430 medicali water pipe that when i asked them why it costs $430, they said "it is medicali, you can have it for 5+ years and it wont break no matter how much you drop it, you are paying for quality." In a couple months i accidentally knocked over the water piper for the first time and it instantly broke, they say anything glass related they cannot compensate. I purchased an expensive vaporizor as well, after 2 weeks the vaporizer broke, making a non stop beep sound after not even being used, it was just charging, i had to take it apart to get it to stop. The head shop stated that they cannot do anything for that either and to contact the manufacturer. So it is a clear lie that the reason for the water pipe was because it is glass. They told me that my $700 loss in 2 months is worth a 20% discount the next time i come in. Well that wont be happening. Do not use them, if you expect a company to follow satisfaction guaruntee or to at least have the human decency to compensate a paying customer, this is not the place for you. I often buy the disposable electronic vape devices a that are good for a little then stop working, the cost of doing this was worse than just buying an actual vape, with chargeable batteries and some vape juice all together.

I have no idea what I'm looking for, what to buy and how to use it. But, when I walked into this store with my service animal was a greeted and helped my entire time I was there, buy a nice young man named Mack. To any normal salesman I was an easy sell and he could of just thrown devices at me and be done with it. However Mack helped me along the entire process, understanding what I needed, my level of knowledge and type of juice I liked on top of that. I bought a nice vape for nicotine and one for the little capsules for CBD. I walked away from that store with confidence knowing I made a good purchase. I wanna especially give a shout out to Mack for taking into account of me being a Veteran and giving a very nice discount.

Very disappointed in this shops customer service and quality of items. My brother and I spent over $1000 in one month here and $700 of that is now gone to waste. Spent $430 on Medicali glass rig that broke less than 2 months later a Vaporizer rig that broke less than a month later and a Vape Mod for Nicotine that broke in 2 weeks. The shop has refused to refund or replace my items and instead offered a measley 20% off next time I purchase something in store Lol(that will not be happening) We have brought many customers in and I am beyond livid that they have refused to help.
