I can’t say enough about this place. First time I went in the guy was so nice and literally helped me authenticate jewelry not bought there. NOBODY else in town does that. He was so sweet, friendly and down to earth I didn’t realize until I went back in today he’s actually the GM. Scott is AMAZING so knowledgeable and like I said you’d think he was a pal not the GM. He also cleaned all my jewelry himself that day and there was no charge. Also NO ONE in town will clean your jewelry for free that you didn’t buy there and especially not the GM he’d maybe get an employee but Scott didn’t do it really shows he cares about his customers, wants them to have a good experience and wants them to come back. Yesterday I went in and it was just not a good day for me. I’m recovering from what can be deadly mold toxicity so I don’t remember things. Rebecca was there. She was SO sweet to me. What a darling. She spent I know an hour with me. She didn’t leave to help other customers while helping me even when I took 45 minutes to decide. She stayed right with me, she didn’t rush me, didn’t pressure me, showed me so many pieces I can’t even remember and her happy bright personality didn’t waiver. I told her I would come back in today and I did. She was at lunch and I again bothered Scott for help. He sat down with me and actually helped me with something NOT EVEN jewelry related ok tell me who else will do that exactly no one and remember I still had no idea this is the GM. Rebecca got back and same super bubbly personality. She took at least an hour with me again today. Still didn’t rush me, didn’t pressure me took her time with me and didn’t use her cell phone or help another customer at the same time as me and to me that’s everything. I don’t want to go somewhere I’m rushed or pressured because I just won’t buy there and I’ll leave and Rebecca closed the sale. I got 3 beautiful pieces and honestly their prices are lower than others I’ve seen. I thanked her and Scott and will now be a lifelong customer. Thank you so much guys! Satisfied...

I will never purchase another piece of jewelry from this place. I took my wedding set along with my Levian chocolate diamond to have the routine inspection on 09/03/17. I also took my necklaces to be inspected. The older gentleman didn't inspect my necklaces, just the rings. He quickly said that my Levian center Stone had a chip in and it could fall out at any minute. He said it had to be sent to Levian for an estimate of repair and I would have it back in 2-2 1/2weeks. After that time frame was up I called and was told it wouldn't be back until 9/30/17. The 30th came and went still no ring. I had to file a complaint with Kay's Corporate office. I told two people at the store and at Corporate to get my ring back without repairs. Another week went by still nothing. I called corporate again. I demanded a manager as I was speaking to her I told her all the above info. She did research, no one from the store or Corporate had contacted Levian to tell them to send my ring back without repairs. I was told Levian repaired my ring and was going to cost me $290. with my persistence and emails proving I said to send my ring back without repairs. Kay's ate the cost of the repair. Stay away...

I went to Kay's for the first time and I was amazed. I always thought it was just for people getting engaged...etc. Thanks to Amanda, I learned they offer so many different types of jewelry for any occasion! I didn't know that opals are temperature and water sensitive! How fascinating is that! The expertise is top notch.

I tried on a beautiful rose gold ring with my birthstone. She showed me plenty of rings I could wear everyday! I found 2 that I fell in LOVE with. I explained that I would like a ring that is durable with my kind of lifestyle. It will be something I will wear everyday. I have a bday coming up and it would be so nice to treat myself to something nice. They have a huge collection of all types of rings, bracelets, watches and so much more.
