We had an appointment for a bridal party. First they seemed annoyed that we wanted to be kept together for similar services at the same time like scheduled. Second, they did gel nails on my pedicure without telling me they were gel (I only knew one they literally had my foot under the UV light). So I had an unauthorized upcharge, which is incredibly unprofessional. Third, I was scheduled for a gelx manicure and they had to scramble to find someone to do it. The man had to keep asking other employees what he was doing. My cuticles are flooded with polish and the shape is crooked across and when I mentioned so, I was ignored and told that's normal. Fourth, both thumb nails split in half overnight by the third day. Literally.it is what I woke up to and did not cause. I'm positive it's improper application because the thumb nails had to be redone more than once bc the man didn't know how to start and that's where he started. My sister's acrylics looked ok, but one hand was missing the entire top coat. When she went back the next day, they fixed it no problem, but the original tech that did them gave her dirty looks the entire time she was there. I really wanted to like this place because I had heard many great things, but cannot recommend.

Ryan is absolutely amazing! I’ve never had a nail tech pay so much attention to detail and care about the end result as much as he does. He’s incredibly talented, precise, and makes sure my nails look perfect every single time. On top of that, he’s so friendly and easy to talk to—it always feels like I’m catching up with a friend while getting a luxury service. I always leave feeling pampered and obsessed with my nails. Highly recommend Ryan to anyone who wants top-notch nails and an amazing experience every visit!

This is my 3rd time coming here and I’m so happy I found my new nail salon after searching for over 6 months. The quality is top tier. Not only are the results fire, so is the service (and the prices are great too)! Today I got a gel-x set with cat eye polish, a luxury pedicure, and glittering mimosa! Tom did my nails and Ryan did my pedicure! Please book with them, you won’t be disappointed.
