Xtreme Wear — Attraction in Commerce

The Female Owner of this store is very rude and kicks people out telling them she doesn't want their business! My friend was shopping in the store looking for a gift for my husband and because he was taking too long looking for a gift she told him to get out of the store because he was being suspicious and she didn't want him doing business in the store. I was on the phone with my friend while the owner was yelling at him and I couldn't believe how unprofessional and disresptful she was. An employee of the store apologized and explained that for the past 2 weeks they have been getting suspicious customers who are being sent in the store from the other stores a few doors down. I understand the owner may have felt upset & frustrated about what's been going on with her competitors but no customer should be mistreated the way...

I will never ever come into this store again, very unpleasant experience, who seemed to be the owner of the store, he rang me up but the whole time seemed to be giving my husband and I attitude. As a working professional in customer service this is not the kind of experience I provide even to people who are rude to me. I work for a ambulance company dispatch center and I can't believe how I was treated. One of the workers here, I'm sure was sent by the owner, seemed to make us let her help up, like if we were going to steal stuff. It’s honestly really clean and have everything I’m looking for, however all the employees seem to have an attitude when you ask even a simple question, sure they come up to you and ask you if you have any questions, but they always do it in a tone of voice and face that looks like they don’t want to do that and only ask you cause it’s part of their job. And I know this isn’t really their fault but the tax is outrageous. The price can go up by so much just because of the tax.
