Manufacturer "Breach of Implied Warranty" & False Advertising Ballarini is producing this set of pans with "NO LIDS"! The "Parma Plus". The mere fact that Zwilling claims a lifetime warranty against "manufacturer defects" when they carry this line but will not insure that the "end user" receives what is ADVERTISED by a large 3rd party carrier (i.e. Macy's) is what we educated people call- "breach of implied warranty"! Zwilling must and should hold "Ballarini", or their existing factory responsible for misrepresenting what the end user should be receiving when they customer "clearly READS THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION" of what they are receiving at the point of purchase. I would not have purchased this pan set if I believed I would not have lids. By the way, using the ridiculous excuse of a "stock description" shows what lengths of irresponsibility Zwilling will postulate to cover up this issue. (See photo #3). If it were an issue of "stock description error" than why - do you have the: Thermopoint Technology (If Applicable), clause? duh-- you should have "Lids (If Applicable)" It's real simple : Accountability is not an option, it is an obligation!

If I could give this place 0 star, I would. I bought a few items here a while ago. Among them, the kitchen scissors used in were stuck within 1 day of using and could not be used. So I went here today to get a refund. However, the salesclerk did not give me a refund. He laughed at me saying that it was not his store fault that he sold the broken one because When I cleaned the kitchen scissors, I didn't disassemble and clean and assemble together. He never explained anything to me about the product and made fun of me when I said I wanted to return a defective product. Even if I receive a defective product, only those who are confident that the product will be delivered directly to the company for a refund should purchase here. This is not a simple change of refund, but a refund for defective products as well, blaming the purchaser, even ridiculing them and asking them to contact the product company directly to change it. I will be commissioning the product directly to the company, but this experience leaves this store reviewing for a great refund experience. Awesome store with no apologies for defective products or any responsibility.

I really like this outlet. I prefer, generally, Staub over Le Creuset, so it's enjoyable to browse the stock here. Their selection of knives is also quite good; and they have entry-level all the way up to hand-forged Japanese collections. There is also a chopping station where you can try knives on carrots and celery, which is a fun and effective demo. The prices are high, but that's a function of the brands being sold. You can often find good deals here. So if you have your eye on something Zwilling or Staub, it's worth checking here first.

A review for the company vs. the store -- but after they sent an email asking for my review on the website, they deleted it. Knives came with several of them bent, and different finishes for the same handle (some were rough and some were smooth and polished). The knives they sent for exchange were also bent -- so at that point I just returned everything. Takes hours on the phone, the product / quality is no longer what it used to be (we have the exact same knives we ordered years ago that are great). Says 7-10 business days to get a refund... I called after 2.5 weeks and was told it was waiting to be "approved" and they didnt know when the supervisor would "approve" the return. Horrible experience - be VERY careful with purchasing knives from them, and definitely check that what you are getting is consistent with...
