I work in this mall so i order here often. The last few times i have ordered early in the morning. It has taken so long to get my order. For example today I order just a muffin and asked for it warm. And this was a mobile order. I ordered my muffin at 8:30 and didn’t get it till almost 8:50. I waited a little in the car then came inside and there was a few people waiting. Maybe 5 or 6 but after seeing some people were together. The crew that was there were talking and chatting and not helping the person that was on register and doing bakery items. Till someone said to go help him. After the apparent help a bunch of items came out and names were called. All names beside mine. I waited longer thinking they probably didn’t get to my name yet because they made a bunch of food. Come to find out my item had already flushed through the first wave and was just sitting on the counter because the girl that was giving them out never called me name. She even went back got more items put them near where my muffin was called more names and still didnt call out my name. And I only ordered one thing it was just the muffin. So the sticker said 1 of 1. I know it’s just a muffin but this keeps happening to me and it wasting my time every morning. In the afternoon is one thing they are slammed and so busy. But we were talking 7-8 AM. They had 5 customers. That had pretty much all left and it was just me standing there till another girl came up and grabbed the muffin on the counter then called my name. Read moreOn May 9th around 4pm I was at the register and attempted to order my usual drink, 4-shot expresso over ice with half and half. The young lady (Kati) with a stern face said, “I don’t understand you!” So I spoke a little louder since there was some background noise. That’s when she yelled “I can hear you, I don’t understand you!” I was shocked. I had ordered the same drink thousands of times, even when going through a drive-through and never had a problem. I am an immigrant from Vietnam and had been in the country for a few years. My English is not perfect, and neither is my pronunciations. She could have asked me to repeat what I said, instead of snapping at me with a stern face. Worse, when I asked to speak to someone else, she came back with another girl and they were both smirking at me. After I placed my order, a customer asked the lady in question what was going on and she smirked and told him something that made him look at me and laugh. Victimized for the third time. I was shaking from being so upset. I felt bullied and made fun of for my accent.
I am a huge Starbucks fan picking up coffee more than once a day along with breakfast. I collect rewards on the app and spent hundreds of dollars collecting your cups. In fact, I was purchasing over $58 in coffee and merchandise when the incident happened.

Read moreOn May 17, 2024 Let me first start off with saying I get it, people have off days and even stated that in my local Starbucks which I gave 5 stars, but this time i just felt I got the worst attitude from a Starbucks employee , I ordered a venti lavender matcha latte when I got my named called Lauren with the a stone face of 😐 we have no lavender do you still want this with a cup of just the matcha not even full. I was kind of taken aback because I wasn’t even informed at the front that they don’t have any more lavender and she just asked me if I just wanted it as is. Also I ordered a venti and she gave me a grande cup . She kept looking at me with a stone cold face while I was confused like what’s going on. My girlfriend said it’s fine and just took it but then she recognized it was a grande cup . We talked to another worker named Victoria who was more helpful . She acknowledged it was the wrong cup size and said they still had lavender . Victoria also let us know she was letting someone else make our drink. I really don’t know what was Lauren’s deal that day , she looked like she didn’t wanna be at work and took it out on customers.
