My friend wanted to try this spot in the citadel outlets for lunch. I should really have looked it up on Google or Yelp beforehand but boyyy is this underwhelming -_-

Upon arriving to the small shop, you will see a sign that already tells you that the minimum wait is 15 minutes OUTSIDE. Now this is not a bad thing because this means that most the food should be made fresh. The truth is the grilled kebabs are made after you order them. But sadly, they don’t really have much flavors and even the chicken even though it’s soft, it’s kind of almost undercooked.

The other major downside is that they charge you 3.99% for all credit card or debit card payments, even though they say that this is passed on to the Credit card processing company directly and they keep none.

Food: Ordered 1 Chicken plate. Photos have a magic view of more ochicken but your only get one stick of that. Chicken was lacking flavor you do get a huge portion of rice - but it also had so little flavor I was totally disappointed you get a small tomato and a pepper and a slab of hummus

Ordered the another chicken plate with a side of salad. You pay extra $1 for the salad. But similarly, it was all soo underwhelming. This was $34, between the 2 plates and it all wasn’t worth it.

As for the service, they are really operating 2 staff members at a time. And they’re ok, not extra friendly at all just ok.

I’d definitely not return to this one even though it is convenient. I’d just go to the Japanese spot next...

I went with my friend there and my friend ordered her plate extra salad no rice and the cashier told her it’s an extra dollar for the salad and she paid. Right after her I told the cashier get me the same order with extra salad. When we went to pick up the food, I noticed that my plate was with rice and they didn’t add the extra salad. I went back to let them know so they can fix my plate . The chief and cashier started speaking in Spanish to each other. I asked the cashier if there is a problem and with attitude she said I ‘ll get you the salad on the side but you have to pay extra dollar. I told her when I made the order I want the same thing as my friend with extra salad. She ignored me then I told her I am talking to you and she answered rudely I am not making you the salad until you pay the dollar. I told her I wanna speak to the manager. She got out her phone and told me I am not gonna use my phone, you take his number and call him from yours. My issue wasn’t the dollar, It was their attitude and how they treat their customers. Anyway we left and we sat right outside right outside the restaurant and we saw them looking at us and laughing. Note : It was the worst beef luleh...

Came here to eat what I thought would be delicious Mediterranean food, only to be served what was clearly days old chicken. I returned the meal and hoped to get my money back. The company clearly does not take customer satisfaction seriously. They offered another meal but when someone is served food that is OLD I don’t think anyone wants to try “another dish”. Customers should be guaranteed to love the food or receive their money back. I took one bite of the chicken and returned it. Didn’t touch the rice, the hummus or any other food item. At this point, I consider this theft as they refused to give me my money back despite me returning their substandard and health code violating food.

Do not eat here if you want old food and terrible...

The Bulgarian Chicken Kabob plate was delicious. The chicken was crunchy but not too dry, and the buttered rice was very tasty. The pita bread was sooooo yummy. Soft and chewy, paired perfectly with the hummus. The jalapeno was suuuper spicy though. For a food court stall though, pretty good! Can’t speak for other dishes on the menu. The service was good, but just a little slow, because there was only one guy working in the kitchen. The atmosphere was nice, can’t really expect anything mindblowing from a food court haha. But I’d come back here if I ever visit Citadel again!

Decent "Mediterranean" food after you've shopped at the Citadel outlets (it's in the food court). Portions are kinda small, but prices are reasonable, especially as far as mall food goes. I had the chicken kabob (came with rice, a rather bland hummus, a grilled tomato, a grilled pepper, and pita bread). My wife had the salmon, and she said it was good. Takes about 15 minutes to get your food. If you're in a hurry, maybe not the best choice.
