I am not surprised to see that before me people have reported about the rude behavior and just like the other posts, maybe the owner will apologize and do nothing to make any changes. I was there on Saturday. Waited for more than 20 minutes. Before me others got their orders. The associates asked us ti wait outside while they used a bad radio to communicate the readiness of the order. We couldn't understand anything. I was very thirsty and after 20 minutes they asked me to wait more. I said, I would like to cancel my order and they should say sorry for overall giving a bad service. The girl, who seemed to be the senior of them all - said she is not obligated to say sorry. Well, how about that as a courtesy? You guys charge a premium price for a glass of juice and the service is this! I am never visiting your shop again, probably never going to another Jamba.
