National Pawn — Attraction in Concord

Worst place to do business with they lie to you just to steal your items. They stole my husband and son video games. My husband and my son pawned their PS4 and PS5 games my husband even encouraged me that you all are a good pawn shop to go to if you needed to borrow money so I also went and point my jewelry my husband was coming to get his games and his son games out of the pawn shop last week my husband was told that the games have been put on the shelf because they have been forfeited my husband didn't know anything about it they said they tried to call him but there is no record in his cell phone that they called he explained that those games is his and his sons and he was coming to get them out he didn't know that it was around the time that it was going to be forfeit the associate told him that if he come get them today they will remove them off the shelf he told her that he is on his way when we get halfway to the pawn shop to get the games out she calls him back and say her manager said that those are very popular games and that they will not pull them off the shelf and had my son and my husband heated upset and disappointed so I put on Google that you all was steal people things because what happened was not right at all my husband name is Vincent...

WORST EXPERIENCE! Be aware when selling your jewelry. I took an old bridal set to sell, and they made me an initial offer, stating that it would be valid for the day. My husband and I left for an hour to grab lunch and discuss the offer. When we returned an hour later, he negotiated again, and they agreed to increase the offer by $100!

At that point, the jewelry and my husband's driver's license were taken to the back, out of our view. A few minutes later, the associate returned and said they could only pay two-thirds of their original offer AFTER agreements had already been made, after the rings and his driver’s license were taken to the back. This is a terrible policy that leaves the buyer feeling uneasy. Those items were only given under the understanding that the transactions were being made.

What a waste of time! This experience was completely unprofessional. I will not return and want to warn others about this...

Great service fair price knowledgeable plenty of inventory Good people. Never had a problem until this last month I went to pick up my tools that I got a loan on and they brought my tools out without the $300 Milwaukee rolling tool bag with telescoping pull handle, no case for with over$150 worth of SDS drill bits for my Bosch bulldog SDS hammer drill and no case for the brand new Bosch plunge router that it was in when I brought it in there. So all in all I lost the cases and drill bits for my tools worth$a rough total of $500 and that wasn't the way I brought them in there. I excepted to get everything back the same way I brought it in there and they almost kept my charger and battery for the Ridgid tools that I had in the Milwaukee bag until I I said something and they went in the back of the store and came back with the charger and battery but know cases but gave me a set of boxing gloves for $20 like that...
