If I could rate this location lower I would. Customer service was horrible! Purchased a charm bracelet and two paw print charms. As well as brought in a previously purchased charm, all to be engraved and put on the newly purchased bracelet. Was told it would be back in a slweek. Never heard from them. I called them, 10 days after my purchase, to be told at first they couldnt find it. Then to be told that a charm was missing and asked if I took it! Excuse me! I was then told they would call me back after they tried to locate the missing engraved charm. Never heard back from them. I called them the next day to be told that there was a note to call my mom to see if she took the charm that was missing! Im sorry what!? I was quite frustrated when the young lady told me this. She told me she wasnt trying to make it worse and would need to put me on hold and figure things out. I waited for another 10 minutes on hold to be told they cant find it and would just replace it for me and call me when it came in, "sorry about that" When I asked how long it would be before I would get my bracelet back, since it had already been almost 2 weeks now at this point, I was told "well we could rush it but it still wouldnt be for about a week since its almost the weekend". As a former James Avery associate I know it was a manager since only managers are allowed to get charms from the cases. The lady helping me at the register was also rude. After I told her that I wanted some items clean and a service of add ons I asked when will they be ready and she didnāt respond, asked her again in case she didnāt heard me again no response. I asked what colors were available for the emerald mini butterfly. And responded "white, if the other colors arenāt in the case then we donāt have it." Told her to show me the white. As she came back white the white butterfly she then said we "also have the purple they just put it back in the case." Asked her to show me the purple cause it was the want I wanted from the start and sighed again. I asked her for some pins to add charms to my bracelet (to make the process go faster) and sighs again. Towards the end of the service she circled the time and date I was able to pick up my items and just hands me the receipt. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to pickup my item on 07/28 right as the store opened. I called the store to use curbside pickup because I was in a hurry and there was already lots of people in the store. When I called the girl answered the phone, I told her my name and that I have a pickup order and said āokay⦠so⦠what did you want to do with it?ā In a very rude tone. I asked her if they still do curbside pickup because it stated that online and she proceeded to say āum, yeah I mean we do, but we donāt have enough employees in the store to do that. So you can just get out of your car and come to the online pickup spot in the storeā. I hung up on her and walked in the store, there were 5-6 employees in the store! 3 were coming out of the back, and 2-3 were by the registers! If stores are not going to comply with what is stated online then they need to take it off. This is my first and last time using this James Avery. My family and I have been customers for years.
