I was stood up--there was no receptionist and the waiting room was empty. Finally after 30 min one of the staff came out of their appointment with another client but said that I was not on the books. I received an email on Tuesday from Gwen offering me an appointment for Wednesday at 1 pm. I confirmed by email. I arrived at 1 pm after rescheduling my day and delaying the resolution of a work emergency in order to be on time. Yet I was sent away after a long wait. The computer behind the desk was on the entire time with the calendar and billing list clearly open and visible from across the counter. 30A Medical Spa also keeps a client list organized by name in the iPAD used for payments, so anyone who walks in the door can see the names of all other women who receive services. This breach of confidentiality violates legal and professional standards of client privacy protection. I was vetting this spa for more expensive work and view the relationship as irrevocably damaged. You know you’re in good hands as every team member is both patient, courteous, and helpful. When it’s time for your consultation, you’ll discuss what you would like to gain from your visit and build a plan with your provider (Shannon, the PA) is the bomb. We discussed different treatment options and she is extremely knowledgeable and an awesome injector (the whole experience was truly painless).

I have gotten two incredible massages here with Alexa and have called to get gift cards for massages for my mom for Mother’s Day and her birthday! Alexa is the Spa Manager so she helps coordinate gifts and gift cards as well. Alexa is one of those people who feels like a best friend even if you’ve just met her. She makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed walking in to the spa and as a massage therapist she actually LISTENS to what you want to work on.
