My family and I, a party of six, visited your establishment on July 27, 2025. We returned with very high expectations, as our first visit last year was exceptionally positive, and the food was truly delicious. However, our most recent experience was unfortunately quite terrible, leading us to believe we will not be returning unless significant changes are made.

Our visit began with unacceptable wait times, particularly challenging given the prevailing heat advisory. This initial discomfort set a negative tone for the evening.

The quality of both our food and drinks was a significant letdown:

I ordered the Honey Sriracha Tacos, which were far from satisfactory. There was an excessive amount of chicken for the tortilla size, the dish appeared to be hastily assembled without thoughtful consideration of the stated ingredients, and it arrived both cold and dry.

The Strawberry Basil Margarita I ordered was equally disappointing. It tasted overwhelmingly of alcohol with no discernible basil flavor. The strawberry puree, which we later learned was unsweetened and flavorless, made the drink visually appealing but unpalatable. When we informed our waitress that it tasted like "straight liquor over ice," she kindly brought more puree, only for us to discover its lack of sweetness. Our subsequent discussion with the bartender led to a suggestion of adding Tito's vodka to make it "better" – a workaround that, while making the drink bearable, was not the margarita described on the menu.

Furthermore, my child's chicken bowl from the kids' menu was unexpectedly spicy, despite our waitress assuring us it was not, which was problematic as my children are sensitive to spice.

Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of our visit was the complete lack of intervention from management. Despite the drinks being sent back twice and the issue with the spicy kids' meal, not once did a manager or any higher-up approach our table to apologize or attempt to rectify the situation. This absence of proactive customer service was deeply concerning and contributed significantly to our overall dissatisfaction.

Having experience in the customer service industry, I understand the complexities involved, but I genuinely believe this situation could have been handled far better by management. A more engaged and responsive leadership presence could have transformed our negative experience into a more positive one.

Given the cumulative issues with wait times, food and drink quality, and the notable absence of managerial oversight in resolving these problems, we cannot recommend your establishment at this time. We sincerely hope that management will acknowledge these concerns and take concrete steps to address them. Only then might we...

Oh my gosh I can’t say enough how good this place is!! Be sure to plan a whole day or evening in this cute area for shopping, happy hour, and an amazing meal at any of the restaurants.

First of all, the location in the 30A shopping area is prime and the outdoor bar space here is too perfect! Second, the drink menu will have you fully invested. Be ready to want to try one of everything, but I have to mention the Rosemary margarita has my heart. When I tell you it was the best summertime cocktail I’ve had, it is up there on my list and I am a foodie and avid cocktail drinker!! 🍹 Third, the food is always just amazing here and you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The first time I came here my bf and I split a quesadilla and it was divine. My second visit with a gf was a late night after the beach and early drinks/snacks so I wasn’t super hungry but the bartender hooked me up with the kids meal chicken bowl that was still a large serving! The chicken, rice, and jalapeños were just what I needed and seasoned to perfection.

Seriously such a cute place and always great service. I will definitely be back again this summer to enjoy the Carillon beach area and this lil 30A shopping center and restaurant down the road from Carillon! Even if I visit PCB again, I will make the quick 12 minute drive north to visit here. Always so worth it! If you come on a busy night in peak season be prepared for a long wait time, but get a drink and enjoy yourselves in the ambiance and it flies by!

We arrive on Mother's Day at 11:20 to be greeted by a very rude hostess who was clearly upset to be at work. We ask to sit outside and she tells us that we cannot because they are short staffed and she is running the front and in charge of cleaning the tables. We ask when the outside seating will be available as we are okay to wait for them and she proceeds to frustratedly tell us that she is the only one working the front and cleaning that it will be 20-30 minutes. We ask to be put on a list to get a table outside. She explains to us that there is no list unless there are no tables, so we decide to just wait, go in a nearby store and shop for 30 minutes until outdoor seating is available. We come back in 30 minutes with our 3 hungry children only to be met with attitude and told that the tables won't be available for another 20 minutes because they are "wet". My son ask to go to the bathroom, and on the way there I notice all of the tables are set and completely dry. So I proceed to the bathroom with my son and come out not even 2 minutes later to see people seated by the same hostess that just told my husband and I that it would be another 20 minutes. No one could find a manager when we raised concern after all of this. Drove 45 minutes to eat here. Won't make that mistake again or recommend. Happy...
