I will never use this service again, Robin hung up on me twice when I asked her about an eta for my shuttle. When arriving to the airport I called to let them know I was there (confirmed reservations at 10:30am for pick up) and she informed me that the shuttle service doesn’t pickup until 11 am. So when I proceeded to ask why and to inform her about my confirmation she said they’re coming and are on the way and hung up on me. I let that one go and when they arrived at 11 am it was a small Van. Not a shuttle. The van barely had enough space for someone to climb in the back. The poor old van couldn’t climb above 50 miles per hour as it would shake badely. But whatever it’s $20 pp. When arriving back to the port I called as informed (confirmed pick up for 9am) it was 8:39 am and Robin said I don’t know where the driver is and I’ll have to call him and call you back, I ask her where we should stand she says IDK. I said ok. 10 min went by and I called Nancy back and she says you have to wait as he is picking up other riders. I said ok what’s his ETA and where should I stand. She says I don’t know his eta he’s picking up other riders so you’ll have to wait and I’ll call you back I say ok we’ll you never called back the first time I just need an eta she says well if I had one I would’ve called you back to let you know and hung up on me. Ok so at that time I secured another shuttle (an actual coach bus for $25) that was already at the port waiting. I informed the driver that his boss is unprofessional and rude and that I would not utilize his services. Robin proceeded to call me back multiple times as I told her she was unprofessional and rude and hung up on me twice. She denies that she was any of the such and I told her not call me again as I secured another shuttle. If she would have just apologized I would have included it in this review. This service is unprofessional and Amature. Robin seems frazzled, unprepared, and unaware of what’s going on.    Read moreI tried to use Busy Traveler Transportation Inc but wound up canceling. I had to call them 3 times not counting calling to cancel to try to get them to acknowledge my reservation. The first call I was told my request was too early and to call back less then 1 week before departure. When I called back to second time I was told they do not do reservations over the phone, I had to go to their web site and fill out a request for a quote. I did that but got no indication that my input was in error and no response from the request. I tried a second time later and finally got the information to request a reservation. I filled that form out and submitted it. After waiting for 2 days for a confirmation, I called and with a calm voice explained why I was calling. The lady said before anything you must calm down and that complaining was not going to do me any good. She added in very sarcastic tone words to the effect that if I could fill out forms properly maybe I would not have these problems. I'm reasonably sure that she had not even looked at them at this point. Furthermore they had not given me any indication of any problems with them. At this point I replied and hung up. She called back and said that I had a reservation and gave me some information. I did not get the pick up time and asked when that would be. The lady replied in a rude tone said "I have already told you that." After a short pause I explained I had missed it and asked her to repeat it. She did condescend and give me the information. I later got an email confirmation. After thinking over their lack of concern and rudeness to a customer I could not have confidence in them and canceled it.    Read moreWe originally booked a 10:30 am pickup from the Disney Fantasy. We later found out that we had to be off the ship by 9:00 am. I called at 7:30 that morning to see if we could have an earlier pickup. They said they would try to make it work. We were ready for our pickup at 9:30. They told me several times the shuttle was on the way, but it definitely did not show up early. In fact, their shuttle was running late so they sent another company's shuttle to pick us up, which didn't arrive until 10:45.
We booked a private 12-passenger van. They showed up in a van that could only accommodate 11 people. I had to hold my son on my lap without a seat belt for the 45-minute drive to the airport.
When we arrived at the airport, the driver would not let us out because he said we had not paid. We had in fact prepaid. Once he confirmed this, he said he would not see any of the $25 gratuity since Busy Traveler contracted out with his company. So we gave him another $20.
I called Busy Traveler to complain about our experience. No adjustment for being late. No adjustment for bringing a van that could not accommodate our entire party. No adjustment for making us wait at the airport until they could confirm payment. They only agreed to take the additional $20 gratuity off my bill.
I try to avoid conflict. I gave them three opportunities to make it right. They still believe they did not do anything wrong and provided a great experience.
