Ā Ā Ā Read moreMUST READ!! OMG!!! Worse EXPERIENCE ever!! āMy friend and I live an hour apart from each other. We decided to find a nail salon half way to meet there and get our toes and finger nails done at the same time while having a ānice timeā. We finished the toes. And the girl started on my hands. My friend was in a rush to leave however her toenails were horrible. As if my daughter had done the job. Not clean! Not shaped well! Not painted well! Paint all over. Weird cuts into the nails. It looked unpleasant!! So my friend didnāt want to complain, but she felt uncomfortable going home with her nails looking that bad. So the nail artist who was doing my nails suggested she talk to the owner about it. My friend did. They removed the nail polish with a robot file. And a few minutes later she left. The owner was mad. He started nagging and complaining about my friend to get my attention.. tried to make me respond to his insults about my friends toe nails.. I ignored him and looked at the mail tech doing my nails and asked her? Is that the owner? She nodded yes. I said: wow! You guys are loosing a lot of clients based on his attitude Iām sure. To what she stayed quiet.. it seamed to be that he was a mean employer. Who treated everyone including staff without respect. As she the mail tech was feeling afraid to talk about the matter to me. I was defending his arguments to her saying that my friend was NOT looking to leave without paying NOR was she asking for a discount! Sheās not like that! But she expects a good service and good quality if she must pay $50 usd for a gel nail polish pedicure. For how it looked it may of been worth $10usd. Not sure if ID pay more than that⦠however hereās where it gets weird.. the girl that did my fiends nails went to him to gossip about what I was talking about to my nail tech. Here comes the owner again and says: āget up and leave my salon!!ā I donāt want complainers like your friend and you in my salon and I want to to leave now!!ā To what I answered: āseriously?ā It had nothing to do with me. He said leave! Very angry and with a disrespectful voice. Of course Iām not going to stay there, so I left. This is how they left my nails!!! highly suggest if you donāt want negativity in your life: DONT RISK IT!! DONT GO!! Plenty other salons out there!! Good luck girls!! By the way ROSS ABREU AND OTHER GREAT NAILS TECHS DONT WORK THERE ANYMORE!!ā No wonder!ā Find her on booksey!!! Sheās awesome! Does it at home.. As you guys can read in his reply. The negative, disrespectful attitude this man has towards his clients not to mention the disrespectful and it should be illegal to lie about a persons behavior just to try to get away with his wrong actions. Iām sorry if anyone else gets there without reading this. It will be just a very sad and unpleasant experience to go through if you do. š sad how people have gotten in this world specially a service you want to pay for..šØ take by own judgement. Iām only trying to help other avoid a future problem or help these people realize that theyāre hurting others by their actions. And themselves. But that is not my responsibility. Just here to warn what w in my opinion my worst experience...
Iām honestly really upset because I was so excited to try this place. I came in to get a gel manicure for my baby set and to treat myself (Iām 35 weeks pregnant). The tech was very nice, but I noticed once the second coat was being applied that it was normal polish. The tech did offer to redo them, but being as pregnant as I am, I couldnāt keep sitting there. I was extremely hot and uncomfortable in the chair as it did not have much back support. I started crying (which was extremely embarrassing) and let the tech finish. I did inform the tech that I couldnāt have them redone due to level of discomfort. No discount or anything was offered due to the inconvenience. The polish is messy and I just paid for quality I could get at home. These arenāt going to last through my labor and delivery and Iām just overall very disappointed.
Update due the response they made back: How dare your establishment say it was basically my fault. I walked in and said I wanted a gel manicure and was told I would be with Fabiola (who was very nice). When I sat down she gave me the sample colors to pick from, never ONCE asked what I wanted done polish wise due to the front manager, who told me to sit with her, telling her what I wanted. Fabiola grabbed the color set (which had normal and gel polish both inside the box). She just so happened to use the regular polish when the time came. Never once did I mention a language barrier (which I personally think itās insensitive of you the owner to assume that was an issue), but maybe it did come into play when I said I couldnāt sit longer to have them redone due to being very pregnant and uncomfortable. It was said and I was offered no help. Having to say I was uncomfortable caused others to look at me, making me cry, because duh, pregnancy hormones. But I did speak up at the time. As a owner of a business you should know when to accept that a mistake was made on your salons end and not blame the customer. I understand there are people out there that throw fits over nothing, but I am not one of those people. I was genuinely so excited to come into this salon as itās close to my home, the staff seemed about my age, and the reviews were great. But I TRULY have never been more upset with an experience. It was mentioned on the phone to my husband that you all asked other clients if I was crying during my service, is that because you couldnāt see me crying on the cameras due to me wearing a hat?! My husband called because he knew how upset the experience made me and he was trying to fix it further. We have had a rough past week with the pregnancy and this was supposed to have been something to treat myself before baby comes. You all originally offered no sort of solution when he called, but did end up refunding $10 of the service. Seeing as how Iāll have to go somewhere else to actually get the service I asked for, itās $10 that at least will go towards that.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreNormally I donāt post reviews but my experience was nothing short of horrible. I came in and had requested an appointment online that when I arrived, I understood was not confirmed. I understood that and was fine with just being a walk in and taking whoever was available. My issue was when I came in and said that I believed to have an appointment I had been greeted with attitude and dirty looks by the girl that I had booked with which made the rest of the people in the building all look at me and was completely embarrassing. Thankfully, the girl that serviced me was a lot more kinder. The work on the other hand was horrible. She kept asking me if the shape was okay after filing down my nail so thin that even if I wouldāve said no, what could she have done, applied acrylic to fix it? The filing and the nail was so small nothing could be done. Some of the nail designs were nice but you couldnāt tell because they are not even on both hands and neither is the length of the nails. How could I feel comfortable to speak up when the tech next to her kept continuously saying in English and Spanish as more people walked in that she shouldāve never took me to begin with- how could I feel comfortable to speak up? Especially when the damage was done. Now a few days later, the nail Polish is lifting and ripping and come to find cuts on my finger. I would never recommend for anyone to feel or be treated the way I did and would never recommend this place to anyone. Getting your nails done should be a positive fun experience especially when you pay 75$ for nails and designs. I was embarrassed and these nails are horrible. I will never...
