This theater is mismanaged. We often suffer through movies with babies crying endlessly and management does nothing. Bathrooms run out of toilet paper and management does nothing. Trashcans overflow and management does nothing. When the ticket machines used to print tickets bought online stop working management does nothing, and long lines of customers have to warn each other as they attempt to use the machines and fail. Seems like they would have "Machine Out of Order" signs pre-printed by now, it happens so often. So management has plenty to do that is not being done. Yet when our 17 year old daughter, who will be 18 in two weeks, went to a the R-Rated movie Nightcrawler, with her school photo ID AND a copy of her birth certificate (this is the only ID she has), she was not allowed to buy a ticket. My husband, who had dropped her off at the movie, turned the car around, went back, and talked to Manager Kathy Jameson. Kathy would not even look at the two forms of ID presented, and refused to allow our daughter to buy a ticket. I called and talked to Kathy, and she directed me to AMC's website, which she said was very clear. It's not. The theater's website says, "Show us your picture. We'll show you ours." "For R-Rated Films: Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian (age 21 or older) and 25 years and under must show ID." That's pretty vague. Yet Kathy Jameson told my husband, my daughter, and then me, that the ID presented must be in the form of one government issued ID with the photo and date of birth. That's a good rule; but management should be able to make intelligent decisions, and when presented with the same document (the birth certificate) that would be required to get a government issued ID, along with the school photo ID, and a parent present, it should be easy for management to see that the person really is over 17, and allow her to buy a ticket. A good manager would make the exception, and perhaps advise the person to get a government issued ID of some kind, rather than ruin the evening for a customer. In the end, my husband had to stay and attend the movie, so that our daughter's experience would be pleasant. Bottom line, the management of this theater is not doing what needs to be done to ensure that customers have a good experience. If you have another option, it may be...
Read moreThis mall is within a mile or two right off the I-95 exit. There are plenty of stores and a food court. You will get a bunch of steps walking through several “neighborhoods”. I believe there is a morning walking group on weekdays. For an outlet mall, I don’t find the prices to be much of a savings. Also, i live within walking distance and rarely visit mainly because of the crowds. I avoid Saturdays at all costs, because parking is limited and surrounding traffic. If anything, i order online and pickup or return to the store during the week. There is a mid mall customer service by the food court where you can purchase mall gift cards. This mall used to receive busloads of weekend shoppers and stores have been replaced over the years. Some stores like Ikea left the mall and got their own spot The mall has been updated and revitalized over and over again. The AMC movie theatre used to be accessible from the mall years ago now it has its own entrance. There is ample parking surrounding the mall, candy store, mid aisle vendor, massage center, and restaurants: Cheesecake Factory, Bahama Breeze, Matchbox Pizza, and fast food joints Burger King and McDonald’s in walking distance. There is a tesla charging station at the edge of the parking lot. My teens enjoy hanging out with their friends here.
Very few attendants over the years. There are two lines for premiere customers and visitors. We have MoviePass. This monthly subscription allows up to 3 movie showings a week. We may see 1/week or 2-3/month. Prices have gone up and there are hot and cold concession offerings. There are plenty of soda and icee machines on both sides of the theatre. There is a video gaming corner, a bar to serve alcohol and security guards onsite. 1 Dolby theatre and small other large theatres. We take our nephews to see the kiddie movies. Can purchase tickets and express concessions online and set a pickup time to sync with movie showing to avoid any lines. Just arrive and show your movie ticket that will be scanned by the attendant who will state your theatre number and location. Sometimes there is no attendant and you have to go to the attendant at the desk. There is a walk up window on the outside if you hadn’t pre-purchased tickets. You can now select seating location to reserve your...
