😐😱 One of the employees who was preparing the food wiped his hand on his butt and continued prepping the food. He didn’t do this once but twice—that i saw.AND he did not have on gloves!!!!!!!

🧼👏There should be iteration on washing hands and wearing gloves and changing gloves when they get dirty or contaminated.

I will NEVER eat there again. I am happy i did not get a sandwich. I got the pho so utensils were used in handling my food. The pho was good (so no complaint there).

UPDATE (In response to the owner calling me a liar AND making up a lie): If this is their reaction to a hygiene complaint, i wouldn’t recommend eating here. So here is my full experience:

I asked for a refund before they even began preparing my food because when i stepped aside i saw the guy wipe his hand on his butt and i was grossed out. Mind you, you can see employees prepare your and other peoples food immediately after ordering. When i asked for the refund, the other employee (who cashiered my ordered) told me “Food is nonrefundable” (there is a little sign on the register) and i said okay. The cashiering employee also handled my food and he had on one glove while prepping/PACKING it because it was a TO GO ORDER.

I made this review so that the owner can talk to their employees about cleanliness and emphasize it. However, i guess CLEANLINESS in a restaurant is not a priority.

I've been waiting for these guys to reopen since they closed their kiosk in the food court.

I walked in and both workers didn't really acknowledge or talk to me. I had to ask where we were supposed to order since it wasn't exactly clear and one of the workers kept wandering to the very front to watch others walk by. So was I supposed to talk to them or what?

I ordered their beef pho with extra noodle and extra meat. I definitely got some extra meat but the noodles were nonexistent. I maybe got 5 good bites of noodles then just munched on the meat.

This is hands down my favorite spot for pho in the Woodbridge area. The staff is exceptionally welcoming, making you feel right at home, and the food is nothing short of amazing—especially the chicken pho, which is a must-try! My family often says, "There’s pho in our future" every time my wife, her sister, and my daughter plan a visit, which happens at least once a week.
