Upon checking in, the worker informed me that It was a glow night which the website didn’t mention, I had already purchased my tickets on Groupon for a selected day and time and drove 30 minutes to go. I was told upon arrival that I must have a glow shirt which would cost me $5 more for each jumper and if I didn’t want to purchase the shirt, they couldn’t allow the kids to jump. Put the information on your website next time so people will know before hand and be prepared. There should not be a mandatory rule that you have to have a glow shirt just to jump or you should provide that for free. Then after checking in and jumping a few minutes the kids I had wanted something to drink, when going to the concession the register was broken and only accepting cash, I didn’t have the amount of cash needed and asked the worker how else could I pay? Perhaps the front registers could ring me up and he said no there is no other option. It’s hot, you jumping, you will get thirsty and to not have a way for people to purchase anything to drink is beyond crazy. There was even a few coaches that had a youth football team with them and I’m sure they didn’t have cash for all those kids which probably meant someone had to go out to an ATM. Only issue I had it was me by myself with 3 kids and they were too young to stay there while I ran to the ATM. Then upon the kids going back in to jump, a worker told them they couldn’t jump because they had no wrist bands, we had already been there for an hour and jumping so why nothing was said prior??? A manager walked me over to the front to get wrist bands and verified my purchase and waivers, she then said 2 of the 3 kids waivers were expired. I informed her then, when I checked in the front desk worker informed me, I scanned the QR code and I filled them out when we checked in. For some reason they couldn’t find them and I found the worker that checked me in and she claimed it was hurt which was a lie. Maybe she did something wrong and didn’t want to admit it so tried to deny it. After filling those waiver again I was then finally given an arm band and the kids was allowed to go back to jump. Although this is not my first time here, I highly recommend you bring cash because that concession stand register never seems to work or the drink machine is not working, your probably better to bring your own even though I believe it says no outside food. Also be prepared to pay for an extra shirt if it’s glow night cause no where on there website does it mention when glow nights are. This place is one of the better trampoline places with more to do than a few others but the workers either need a little more training to be able to provide alternative options for when things break down and the website updated with new information such as glow nights or any other nights which will required...
Read moreFirst off I need to say that the Springfield location is actually closer to me than the Woodbridge location. But after going to the springfield location more than once and seeing it progressively decline in cleanliness, professionalism, food quality, Operational efficiency, And crowd control amongst other things, I decided to visit Woodbridge to see how it would stack up.
The difference was very stark. It was like night and day. The woodbridge location is by far the best skyzone that I have ever been to and i've been to the one in rockville, springfield, and fort meade near the nsa.
Donavon, Naya, Nae, Imani, Ryan, Amanda, and Michelle all worked together And succeeded in making my family feel like they were king of the world with regard to the birthday package that we purchased. We purchased The vip package and were given rooms four and five. We enjoyed the food,. The kids enjoyed the facilities, and as parents we enjoyed the fact that we knew no one would be leaving with sepsis, tetanus or any other kind of weird Bacterial, viral, or fungal infection because the place was so darn clean and sanitary.
I had a cup of coffee and went into the bathroom with it in my hand and once realizing it was surprised that I did not feel the need. To rush out Due to the smell or the very rational fear of fecal coliform no doubt floating around but not in this bathroom. Bathroom was household clean. I didn't know that they still took care of places in the way that they take care of this place.
I will be coming out here. With my children and their friends regularly. It's an annoying drive given that Springfield is much closer but it is worth the trip absolutely.
Now the real question is this. Once springfield gets their act together And starts to run a skyzone with some semblance of cleanliness and professionalism, Will I go there instead of coming To woodbridge.
Likely no. Woodbridge has earned my loyalty. And consequently my money when it comes to finding a place to entertain my children and their many friends.
I didn't even mention That I found plenty of seating that was comfortable where I could wait for all of the kids to have their loads of fun.
I am not in love with this place. Because I do not fall in love with inanimate objects. But I am absolutely in love with how the place is run and Level of quality And professionalism displayed by the people who work here.
I can be very wordy so I'm going to bring this review to a...
Read moreThe check-in process is awful. When walking through the doors, we were met with a sign that said their card readers were down and to buy tickets online (I had already done waivers online). Fine. Go on my phone, select the closest time, select sock sizes, and pay. Walk in towards the lobby and there are 3 “lines” where 1 is clearly labeled as the party check-in and the other 2 are mixed labels between VIP, online purchase, and waiver already signed. There are only 2 employees working the desk on LABOR DAY, a holiday where many people have off, no school.. 1 employee is tending the party line and the other is trying to handle checking in people who have formed the 2 separate lines on their own because nobody know which line they belong to since the signs are conflicting. The group in front of me gets to the counter and when the employee learns they don’t have waivers, let’s them stand at the counter to fill out all 7 of their party members waivers instead of sending them to the kiosks specifically for filling out waivers. I finally get to the counter and a 3rd employee has joined. The employee helping me asks for the phone numbers of all our party members to find their waivers, we provide the numbers and he confirms all waivers are completed. Then proceeds to point me to the employee next to him to “purchase tickets” as he only checks to make sure waivers are available. Fine. I get to the next employee and explain I did the online reservation per the sign’s instructions. She says the card readers weren’t really down and asks for my name for the reservation. I give it to her, she then asks for the phone number associated with the waivers. I said the other employee just confirmed all the waivers and he chimes in saying we’re all good. She says “I still need to see them” so what was the purpose of spending 5min with the first guy?? She finds our waivers and then informs me they’re out of adult sized socks and they were too understaffed to send anyone to check upstairs for extras. I ask what about all the socks I prepaid for and was just given a bunch of toddler sized socks that didn’t even fit my children as they aren’t toddlers. That’s about $30 I should’ve gotten back with socks being around $4/pair. After everything is said and done, we had already gone 45min past our start time for jumping even though I hopped in line 20min...
