Sarku Japan — Restaurant in Virginia

I ordered chicken and shrimp #4 menu. Cashier forgot the plate for one person ahead which he ordered chicken only. So one person ahead, he got chicken and shrimp for less price instead of mine. So I explained the situation, and they served mine but cooker acted very rude. It's probably he was very shamed about his fault or mistake whatever the happening. He put my food in the food container but it came out very ugly, some of chicken was hanging on the container and dropped on serving rack where was not very cleaned. I didn't want to bring those peices, so I picked them and left on the rack. He looked what I did, but no response anything about it. $8 menu contains very little...

It is not my first time trying Sarku Japan in Potomac Mills. I ordered a Teriyaki Steak and Shrimp. I asked for fried rice, (+$0.50) and it was not bad. I would definitely expect more season and flavour on the steak and shrimp. I would also expect for them to place more steak and shrimp than the whole container being filled with rice. There was a young Hispanic lady attending everyone, but she spoke and understood English. The rest of the employees are Hispanic, my people!! Fast and friendly service. Came here Thursday July 19th 2025 add around 2:45 p.m. to order the chicken teriyaki meal but they did not have unsweet tea are any other drinks without sugar. So I decided on just a chicken teriyaki and ask them to give me a cup of water. They said I had to buy water. I asked for the manager. The manager said the same thing I told her you're losing my business. She said oh well that's how we do it here. So I went to Pei Wei. They had unsweet tea available with their meal.
