Update: I contacted Amerejuve AGAIN (this was now the 6th contact) and was told by Layla that someone would be contacting me and that she would be emailing me a contact as well. Neither of those things happened. Most recently, I emailed Dominick as well as called and was hung up on by Melissa.
Response to company's reply: You did receive a complaint from me. I spoke to my technician and also to Melissa, who was right in front of the receptionist. That was 3 people who heard/saw my complaint and my legs/pictures.
RUN. I have had several treatments of laser hair removal before at a different company and never had a problem. One session with Melissa and I was scarred. During the session, I said the laser was burning and that it felt like she was going too fast and was missing spots. Melissa assured me that she had been doing this for 20 years and knew what she was doing. Here are two pictures to show that she indeed missed more than she lasered, and she burned me. One picture is the same day the lasering was done, and one shows the scars after months of using scar oils and creams. I called with no return call and then spoke to them about it at my last appointment when the new tech gasped as the site of my legs. I again was assured that Melissa would speak with the owner to try to figure out what could be done as clearly I paid for a service that wasn't done correctly (missed half of the hair as evidenced by the scars) and also something to help with the scars. Well. It has been 2 weeks with absolutely no call, email, or update. I don't know how much longer it will take to heal or how much more I will need to spend on scar creams and oils. I don't use tanning beds and hadn't been out in the sun in months by the time I had the laser treatment. These pictures are only a portion of the scarring for privacy reasons. It's up and down both sides and both legs. On top of all of this, the staff is...
Read moreIn any business it is vital to have good and friendly workers, in a place that works with "our bodies" I think that is even more important. There are many ways to explain something or convey something to your clients, it is assumed that you are the professionals and we are the clients who come to your facilities... The problem is not what a person says but how they say it, you can say the same with a "good attitude" or with a "bad and rude attitude", it is always possible to find a solution. Well, not always... if you meet a rude, rude person, without charisma, arrogant, without tact when speaking, it will be impossible to find a solution. If you go to Amerejuve Marietta and you find a person like Melissa, it will be impossible to find a solution. I have no complaints about the facility and the other women that work there but Melissa is truly a RUDE human being. I will never go back to that place, after my 6 laser sessions to remove hair from the bikini area... I still have hair but honestly I would rather pay and go somewhere else than go back to Amerejuve Marietta, I will never go back...

There laser machine is really good, I seen results literally the next day!! Some places have cheap machines so you have to be careful picking a place to do laser with so if u come here you won’t be disappointed. So the Customer service is amazing, the receptionist is always nice, informative and amazing!
