TLDR - donât purchase vapes from here, theyâll sell you an empty one, refuse to fix the problem (all before closing time), and never contact you again.
While my experience inside the dispensary started off with incredible customer service, it took a 180 the second I left. It was my first time here, and I purchased a few items - one being a disposable vape. I opened the package about 2 minutes down the road and realized it was empty. We turned around immediately, and made it back into the parking lot at 8:53. The door was locked, but you could see people walking back and forth in the windows. I knocked a few times with no answer. I called 2 times and left a voicemail. I explained my situation and asked for a call back. I tried to knock on the door one last time and someone finally answered. I explained that I was there minutes prior and that I was sold an empty vape and show the receipts and cart. He very rudely tells me theyâre closed (which, according to their hours on Google was NOT true), thereâs nothing he can do, and to come back the next day. I explain I do not live in the area, it was my first time at this dispensary, and I am unable to return the next day. He once again told me theyâre closed, to come back tomorrow, and shut the door. I followed up my phone call with multiple emails to customer service, and never received any response. Itâs been a week and 2 days, they still have yet to return my phone call or answer any emails.
Please donât waste your money here. There are PLENTY of other dispensaries in the nearby area that actually care about the...
Read moreThe first time I went to this shop (the first shop Iâd ever gone into), I felt rather awkward not knowing how exactly this all worked. But Iâm beyond grateful that Anne Frank was the first employee to actually acknowledge me the moment I walked in. She made me feel comfortable and the transaction went so smoothly, my anxiety diminished, and because of that⌠I have continued to return to ONLY this shop as a result. If my first experience hadnât gone the way it did I would most likely have given multiple shops a try - as recommended by many of my friends, due to costs. But I felt that the employee factor was more important to me than the extra expense. Also, because of her⌠she informed me of the Ascenders Club and insisted I register. I forgot. But she reminded me again. And now Iâm officially registered and ready to acquire rewards points đ. Thank you so much Anne. Now that Iâve been google verified and accepted into the Yelp Elite Group for reviews - Iâd say my opinion and the amount of views I receive should be taken into serious consideration. I do not waste time on reviews for mediocre performance đ
But this lengthy review is warranted and well deserved. Especially considering I have yet to receive the same level of satisfaction from other employees but I hope to receive that soon. Good...
Read moreI donât know what happened within the last year. (They will be open for 1 year July 1st) they have gone downhill quick and fast. The first six months it seem like they had mad deals, a lot of variety between all the price points that you could want. $25 deals for flower. But it seems within the last 5 to 6 months. This place has gotten crazy greedy.
Barely no deals. Your reward points just disappeared for no reason. Doesnât seem like theyâre very fixed on fixing the problem.. or maybe itâs intentional. And let me tell you those 3.5 g are not⌠3.5 g. Make sure you bring your scale. It could be 15 people in line. 1 med user comes in last minute and they get priority even though we are ALL spending money. This place has become Greedy and shady. Itâs so disappointing.
If youâre going to ride out to Crofton, do yourself a favor and just go one to 2 miles further up the street to GREENLIGHT THERAPEATICS. Youâll thank me later. All you have to do is just go online and compare the menus and thatâs all you need to know. Youâll thank me later.
