I would normally give this review higher stars because I liked their knowledge and friendliness. However, when I mentioned to them how their Saturday installer ripped a gash in my dashboard where the stereo was installed they denied it and treated me like I was lying about it and did the damage myself. What they don't realize is this is an expensive car that I treat with the uptmost love and respect and when I take it somewhere to have something done with it I expect the same treatment. I have thought about going to them again when I want upgrades done in the future, but now not so sure. If they cant be honest and own up to what happened and cant offer to pay for the damage they did, then I am not sure if I can trust them do to any more upgrades on my stereo in my car in the future. I understand that accidents happen. But atleast own up to it and offer to fix it when they do instead of acting shady and denying that it happend. My husband and I have had to try to clue these plastic parts back in that the installer tried do hide by just sticking the broken pieces back into the dash hoping we wouldn't notice but we did. Not sure how we are going to get it fixed or how much it is going to cost.. but any reputable and honest company would pay for the damage they caused. You can claim all you want that I had someone else mess with my stereo but I didn't. Ask yourself this question. If I was going to have someone else do my stereo why would I pay YOU 250 dollars to do it??? Makes no sense does it?? Bottom line, GOOD companies will go out of their way to do the right thing. Now my stereo cuts out when I am driving and I am sure you will place the blame on me for that too. I paid good money for this to be done RIGHT...Not to have damage done to my dash, and for my stereo to cut out when I am driving. I am tired of paying good money to people who obviously don't know what they are doing and are not interested in making it right for those who paid good money for a job to be done properly. In response to your reply I never said I had someone else fix the radio..so if there was issues with the wiring and if it was a mess, which when I was there, your installer showed me the work they did and they never said the wiring was a mess...Interesting how you lied about that...I told you that I have had my stereos installed by others in the past...Maybe you should listen more clearly. If your installers pride themselves on the jobs that they do, maybe they would have known too that XM intennas go outside of the car....Not inside....they would know how to install a dash unit that would fit properly and not stick out of the dash...If the wiring was a mess then it is on YOUR installers. Bottom line, I paid your company good money...and I am not going to tolerate your accusations when YOU are the ones who didn't do the job right and want to write out a pack of lies to make yourselves look good instead of owning up to the bad job you did and offering to do it right.

I’m not one to regularly write a review on a place, but my experience at BCA was more than worth it. Johnny was super helpful in guiding me for what I needed in order to install a Sony Apple CarPlay head unit in my 2013 Toyota Corolla. Steering wheel controls were kept, as well as my factory USB port. Johnny had exceptional customer service, which in my book is one of the biggest things I look for when getting stuff done around town. Will be coming back for more installs and will be recommending this place to my family. Dear BCA, you just earned yourself a life customer.

I’m not one to regularly write a review on a place, but my experience at BCA was more than worth it. Johnny was super helpful in guiding me for what I needed in order to install a Sony Apple CarPlay head unit in my 2013 Toyota Corolla. Steering wheel controls were kept, as well as my factory USB port. Johnny had exceptional customer service, which in my book is one of the biggest things I look for when getting stuff done around town. Will be coming back for more installs and will be recommending this place to my family. Dear BCA, you just earned yourself a life customer.

I made a post earlier under the username jjsjms2137 and I am replying to the owners response which I was not allowed to do. He says that I brought the car back with a gash in the dash that he claims someone else did, when I brought it in there, there was no gash.I expected my car to be in the condition as when I brought it in..The fact is, I had to bring it back in later because they were closed after I left and were also closed the next day....And no one removed the stereo after it was installed. I have members of my family who have installed my stereos previously and I told you that they had it hooked up a certain way that didn't cause distortion..I never once claimed that the stereo was removed or that the wires were messed with. the ONLY one who did anything to that installation was the installers you had...and my car didn't have that gash in it before I took it in there..No one made that gash but your installers.. However, the XM radio antenna was also installed inside the car, which in the instructions in says to install it on the outside..so now every time I drive by a tree, or anything near a tree, it breaks out...never did that before when I had the antenna on top of my previous car. As I stated in my review, you are nice people, and you did the work in a timely manner...but I never once stated to you that the stereo was removed since your installers worked on it. Just because I claimed that I had someone else do It a certain way previously, and how they had the wires hooked up a certain way, don't go accusing me of saying I had someone else remove it and accusing someone else of doing the damage..If you were not closed after I left, and if you were open on that following Saturday, I would have brought it right back in and showed the damage that was done. Not my fault that you weren't open. I cant be blamed for that either. when I came back to the shop the installer looked at the installation, He even claimed there was nothing wrong with the install and never mentioned anything to me about it being tampered with. Why?? because it WASNT. This is just a way to point the finger because you know you were in the wrong and don't want to own up to it. I was recommended to you, but since the gash and the fact that you denied it cant trust to have your company work on my...

Took my suburban here to get some work done and spent a around 2k. They blew my tweeter and when i took it back they pretended they did not know what was wrong. Shady you might want to go else where. Where they have a longer standing better reputation. Ill go to see Kenny at Auto Sounds next time. (Update) Well I called down and talked to your sales guy Johnny. He said all the right things this time but its a little too late. I took care of it it cost me $50 and i want nothing from you. I don't like the way Johnny acted like I want something from you i'm not some low life trying to get something for free. I would have rather have had him say the speaker is blown and its not our fault then being told these systems put out feed back sometimes. The frustrating part is to pretend you did not know what was wrong and losing my trust. I can post a picture of the work order...
