Overall, incredibly poor experience. By the time we get our appliance order, it will have taken over a year (13 months!) to receive the correct items. First, they said they would give us a refrigerator and washer/dryer at cost because we were paying a high, full price for the oven/range. Then, we could not get updates from them ever. We called every month. We had already paid a deposit for the oven/range, hood and dishwasher. By the time they got around to figuring the price of our two fridge units, the price had jumped up AND they "forgot" about offering us a discount. This was around 7 months after we confirmed the items. We ended up getting charged a higher price than directly through the manufacturer and competing companies. But because we were so invested in time and money already, we continued working with them - this was our BIG mistake. Now after opening the items, two are the cheaper incorrect items! We had upgraded and paid over $2,000 more for induction and special color for our range and also a special dishwasher color. They sent us a gas range in stainless and a dishwasher in stainless! After several days, they don't know where our range/oven and dishwasher went to. They cannot find them. For such pricey items, I'm shocked they would have misplaced/lost them and then sent us the cheaper incorrect items. And now, they have to have them remade and it will take 2 more months. We have been waiting for a year already and this will now delay our move-in date and remodel project. They don't even seem to care - no offer of any discount. At the very least, they should honor the "at cost" offer they enticed us with for our fridge/washer/dryers in the form of a refund just to try to make the customer somewhat happy. If we delay our remodel and move in date, it will cost us an additional several thousand dollars. Absolutely ridiculous. This is the first bad review I have ever left for a company and I'm completely appalled. We decided to work with them after a family member's recommendation and they actually had a similar experience where they received a cheaper washer/dryer than they paid for. We have called our sales representative, Vernon more than 5 times, leaving a voicemail and he will not return our calls. I have then tried calling the front desk to check 3 times and each time they have told me they will call back and we never get a response. Today I called and spoke with a female 6/29 at the lake Oswego who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I explained that I totally understand there are supply issues everywhere right now but I am only looking for communication and updates or to decide if we need to cancel our order all together. She was extremely rude, talked over me despite me being understanding that she does not have any control over shipments. I asked for her name and she would not give it to me. I have paid for this hood and at this point don't know if I can expect in in another month or ever due to the lack of communication. As a business owner of 2 companies, I would never allow my employees to speak with customers in this manner. As a business owner I also understand that shipping and stock is so unpredictable right now but communication with the customer is key and that's all we have asked. UPDATE: I spoke with a manager today. I told him our account and he responded with "I can't do anything about how the employees act. I don't even go to the lake Oswego store ever". He then in a rude tone told me that my order would be here in another month. I then asked for a refund due to the lack of communication and how our company has been treated. No User Guides were left for us to reference so I researched each online. Still having questions about two appliances (the Italian gas range and a Fisher & Paykel refrigerator), I visited the Basco showroom twice in LO seeking assistance/advice on the features, use and care of these appliances in particular. I was honest from the start about why I was thereâŚthat I hadnât come to purchase but that I needed help with several appliances in my home purchased at their store. The receptionist was very nice and as helpful as she could be but the two âsalesmenâ I saw on each of my visits were clearly annoyed. Their attitude displayed their obvious irritation and total uninterest in helping me. Clearly the sale had already taken place so there was nothing to be âgainedâ in spending time answering my questions. They couldnât get rid of me quick enough.
