A big thanks to Shelley Greenwood for helping us select and order a new sofa during our stay-at-home Covid 19 Pandemic! In March I sent a request to Paul Schatz Home Furnishings asking for information regarding a Stickley sofa that I had my eye on! Not only did I receive a same-day response with my requested information from Shelley, but she also stayed in weekly contact notifying me when the store would reopen so we could drive to Portland and sit on the sofa before ordering. We made the 300 mile drive from our home to Paul Schatz Home Furnishings in Portland where Shelly greeted us at the door and helped us through the decision making process (fabric and wood choices) of ordering our new sofa. Photo copied a picture of what we liked and pretty much did not pressure to purchase at all. Assumed we were not going to purchase right now. Went home to measure and then came back and bought. We loved the furniture there. It was very nice. Also, there was a good variety of styles and price ranges. We did not want mid century furniture and they had a good selection of the current styles. Loved the show room and the sales person. We bought a leather and fabric couch, leather chair and a cocktail ottoman. Great service! Lots of selection. Would definitely go there again.
