BigCentric Appliance — Attraction in Wilmington

The best part about Big Centric is that you can trust that they have the best prices and do not need to shop around. We have gone to Big Centric since moving to Delaware 15 years ago. We have bought washer/dryer, refrigerator, and just recently a GE cafe wall oven & microwave. In all of our experiences over the years their prices have consistently been 30-50% less than the manufacturers MSRP and 10-15% less (sometimes more) than other competitors / big box stores. We don’t bother shopping around anymore and trust this business. Their strategy seems to be minimize overhead and pass the savings on to the customer. In the 15 years we have been coming here, their prices very consistently beat competitors for the same products and part numbers.

They are a small business and the staff has always been very polite and knowledgable. They are genuinely interested in your needs as a customer and ask the right questions to break down everything down to find the right appliance at the best value. They are also not commission based so the shopping experience is very pleasant with no pressure. Also - as long as your item(s) are in stock, delivery is lightening fast. For our most recent order, we were able to pick up our microwave & oven less than 48 hrs after placing the order!

We needed to purchase all the appliances to outfit our newly-constructed home when we saw an advertisement for Big Centric and went onto their website to check their products and prices. We couldn’t believe how much less the appliances we wanted were, in comparison to their competition. When we visited the Big Centric location, we found a very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff that put our needs first. Steve Yi was our salesperson, and he couldn’t have been nicer to work with. He always made himself available to answer all of our questions from the time of purchase through the time of delivery and installation, while even checking in with us on the day of delivery to make sure everything went well and nothing had been damaged - now that’s Customer Satisfaction! And the delivery and installation team did a terrific job as they were very careful bringing the new appliances into our home and also did an excellent job installing them. I just found this company a month ago, and I can't say enough good things about them! I've been looking at a new washer & dryer set for about 6 months, my washer of over 12 yrs is on the fritz; and I just wanted my next machines to be a matching set. I found BigCentric from Google, and I was blown away by their prices, and ordered immediately! A nice gentlemen named Anthony called me the same day to go over my options with the machines and install, and was a huge help when discussing the warranty options. The machines I ordered are on backorder by the manufacturer, but should get here in a few weeks. (I had already priced the set and delivery options with 3 big box stores, and am still in shock by how much more they charge, and also how delivery would have been multiple months later because of the backorder.) I am super excited with my purchase, and can't wait to continue my business with BigCentric! I am so thrilled I found them, and have told all of my friends about them already!
