My husband and I did the couples tranquil waters retreat today, as well as got a manicure and pedicure. Overall, we were pleased with the experience, I will list the pros and cons. Pros: - Olga and Lisa were fantastic. The reviews about them are 100%. So informative prior to the massage and bath. Very accommodating since it was my husband’s first massage ever. He went into it not very enthused but left saying “that was actually great”. lol - Rebecca was an amazing nail tech. I wish the spa was closer to our house because I’d get a mani/pedi from her any day. Her attention to detail is outstanding. - The bath prior to the massage was great and the massages were great. Cons: - The cost… I was pretty disappointed that I was charged $20 more for the tranquil waters retreat than advertised on the website and the email flyer they sent me. I will post pictures… Thankfully we did get 2 $20 off gift cards from one of the hotel staff. The couples package advertises as $440 but we were charged $460 prior to the discounts. That seems to be a theme around the resort though. Drink and food prices were advertised as one price and the bill price was higher…. There is also supposed to be a 10% discount if you’re staying at the resort and that wasn’t applied either. - We had our nails scheduled after our massages and there seemed to be some confusion about that after the massage. I’m hoping Rebecca wasn’t waiting on us to arrive as we were sitting in the waiting room for a while unsure of what to do.

The spa is beautiful and very serene except for the outdoor area. There is currently construction so it is loud and you can also hear all the kids screaming and playing at the pool so it is not relaxing in the outdoor areas. The front desk was polite and the massage therapists were good. There were two things that were very offputting and made it feel like a low dollar experience despite the fact that we spent $400 for the day just for lunch and a 50 min. massage, both pertaining to spa policies. I don’t mind spending money, and was hoping this could be a née hangout spot for me, but not after this uncomfortable experience. First, we were told that if we wanted to go out to the pool bar to get beverages or dine anywhere at the resort, we would have to pack up all of our belongings and take them with us. I’ve never seen or heard of a spa with such an inconvenient policy. Second, as we went to check out the pool bar before our services, the spa attendance stopped us and forced us to remove our spa robes prior to leaving. This was somewhat embarrassing, and I was not prepared with an extra outfit, therefore I had to drive home in my wet clothes. I really would expect more accommodating policies for how much we paid for the experience. I learned I much prefer and recommend the Hyatt Regency Spa, where I frequent three times a month. I wanted to try something new but I will stick with the Regency.

While staying at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek, we had made an appointment for pedicures at Blue Harmony. We checked in 15 minutes prior to appointment to complete paperwork and were escorted into the salon area by Dee who treated us to the best pedicure ever. Dee was very friendly and engaging in conversation all the while giving excellent customer service. We were escorted to the quiet room and savored the experience for 20 minutes more. The Ruby and Sapphire pedicure was great and we added the paraffin wax treatment with hot stones. Overall a bit pricey, but the experience was worth it. Thanks to the staff at Blue Harmony for a great experience.

A Disappointing Experience at Blue Harmony Spa

My wife planned a special couples’ day for us at Blue Harmony Spa, purchasing a Groupon for massages to help me de-stress from the demands of running my business. Unfortunately, what was meant to be a relaxing experience turned into a very disappointing and stressful visit.

We realized we were running late and, as a courtesy, called the front desk to let them know and ask if we needed to reschedule. The front desk assured us not to worry and simply arrive when we could. However, upon arrival, we were told there were no separate rooms available for individual massages, and we would have to share a suite room. I specifically wanted separate rooms to relax, but I went along with their suggestion to avoid ruining the day for my wife.

While I was changing in the bathroom, I was rushed and told I was already using up my “service time.” Despite this, I hurried to accommodate them. The massage therapist then told me that our late arrival would shorten the treatment time, but they were extending us an “extra 15 minutes out of courtesy.” I was shocked because I have been to this spa multiple times, even bringing guests in the past, and I have always had to wait 15-20 minutes or more after arriving on time.

When I tried to explain this, the therapist interrupted me and was very rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was completely unacceptable. Still, I didn’t want to ruin the day for my wife, so I proceeded with the massage. Unfortunately, it was far from relaxing. The other therapist giving my wife her massage was wearing squeaky sneakers, which were extremely distracting.

The quality of the massage itself was poor. Despite upgrading the treatment, it felt rushed and lasted no more than 20 minutes. To make matters worse, the Jacuzzi area was dirty, the bathrooms were filthy, and the waiting room was not well-maintained.

Adding insult to injury, when I finished my treatment and stepped out, I noticed that all the other rooms were empty. Why, then, were we told separate rooms weren’t available?

I had originally planned to spend the entire day at the hotel, including dining at their restaurants. However, I was so disappointed with the spa experience that we left immediately and dined at restaurants outside the premises. I didn’t want to give this place any more of my money.

I spent over $300 for an experience that left me more stressed than when I arrived. I wasn’t even offered a full refund for this disaster. Under the new management, it’s clear that both the staff’s attitude and the overall cleanliness of the spa have taken a nosedive.

I hope the hotel management takes this review seriously and addresses these issues. I will not be returning to Blue Harmony Spa, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else – there are far more professional, clean, and relaxing spas available.

Final Note: Avoid buying Groupons or deals for this place. The experience...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pure Bliss – Jenny is a True Gem at Blue Harmony Spa

From the moment I arrived at Blue Harmony Spa, I knew I was in good hands, but Jenny truly exceeded every expectation I had. I booked the Sapphire Massage hoping for a relaxing experience, and what I received was so much more: a deeply restorative, luxurious, and personalized treatment that left me feeling like a brand-new person.

Jenny’s technique is nothing short of masterful. She intuitively knew exactly where to focus and how much pressure to apply, effortlessly working out tension I didn’t even realize I was carrying. Her hands felt both strong and soothing, moving with precision and care. Every stroke was intentional, and she maintained a perfect rhythm throughout the session that melted my stress away.

What truly sets Jenny apart is her attention to detail and genuine care. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and pampered, from adjusting the temperature and lighting to ensuring I was hydrated and grounded after the massage. Her calming presence, professionalism, and warmth made it easy to relax and fully surrender to the experience.

The Sapphire Massage itself was heavenly, but it was Jenny who transformed it into something extraordinary. She blended therapeutic skill with a nurturing energy that felt healing on every level, body, mind, and spirit. I could feel the care she put into every movement, and I left the spa floating on air.

If you’re considering booking a massage at Blue Harmony Spa, do yourself a favor and request Jenny. She’s an absolute gem, and I can’t wait to come back for another session. Thank you, Jenny, for an unforgettable experience—you’ve truly set the standard for what exceptional bodywork...

The entire experience was the worst spa experience I've ever heard about. I purchased the Swedish massage with Aromatherapy Bliss for my fiance as an early birthday/"only one more month before our wedding" gift so she could have a nice relaxing day, but what she just told me about was anything but. To start, the Front Desk employee of the hotel wasn't sure where the spa was located, so my fiance was a little unsure of where she was going at first. The massage itself started off okay, but the massage therapist got increasingly rough while attacking knots in my fiance's back, which became the focus of the massage instead of relaxation. She said it felt more like a sports massage, which isn't what we booked. The worst part was the amenities. Whatever keeps the sauna warm made a horrendously loud noise every few minutes when it kicked on, making it difficult to truly relax. In addition, the hot tub was cold, which was made worse by the fact that the A/C is cranked so high in the place. The manager of the location was empathetic in listening to feedback and offered a voucher to return for a complimentary massage, but I can't envision why she would ever want to return given how many other spas there are in the area. I'm hurt that my fiance didn't get the relaxing day she deserved. I'm even more upset with myself that I didn't notice the red flags in previous reviews that talk about some of the things my fiance experienced. Please go with a different spa if you're looking to treat yourself or...
