A Disappointing Experience at Blue Harmony Spa
My wife planned a special couplesâ day for us at Blue Harmony Spa, purchasing a Groupon for massages to help me de-stress from the demands of running my business. Unfortunately, what was meant to be a relaxing experience turned into a very disappointing and stressful visit.
We realized we were running late and, as a courtesy, called the front desk to let them know and ask if we needed to reschedule. The front desk assured us not to worry and simply arrive when we could. However, upon arrival, we were told there were no separate rooms available for individual massages, and we would have to share a suite room. I specifically wanted separate rooms to relax, but I went along with their suggestion to avoid ruining the day for my wife.
While I was changing in the bathroom, I was rushed and told I was already using up my âservice time.â Despite this, I hurried to accommodate them. The massage therapist then told me that our late arrival would shorten the treatment time, but they were extending us an âextra 15 minutes out of courtesy.â I was shocked because I have been to this spa multiple times, even bringing guests in the past, and I have always had to wait 15-20 minutes or more after arriving on time.
When I tried to explain this, the therapist interrupted me and was very rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was completely unacceptable. Still, I didnât want to ruin the day for my wife, so I proceeded with the massage. Unfortunately, it was far from relaxing. The other therapist giving my wife her massage was wearing squeaky sneakers, which were extremely distracting.
The quality of the massage itself was poor. Despite upgrading the treatment, it felt rushed and lasted no more than 20 minutes. To make matters worse, the Jacuzzi area was dirty, the bathrooms were filthy, and the waiting room was not well-maintained.
Adding insult to injury, when I finished my treatment and stepped out, I noticed that all the other rooms were empty. Why, then, were we told separate rooms werenât available?
I had originally planned to spend the entire day at the hotel, including dining at their restaurants. However, I was so disappointed with the spa experience that we left immediately and dined at restaurants outside the premises. I didnât want to give this place any more of my money.
I spent over $300 for an experience that left me more stressed than when I arrived. I wasnât even offered a full refund for this disaster. Under the new management, itâs clear that both the staffâs attitude and the overall cleanliness of the spa have taken a nosedive.
I hope the hotel management takes this review seriously and addresses these issues. I will not be returning to Blue Harmony Spa, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else â there are far more professional, clean, and relaxing spas available.
Final Note: Avoid buying Groupons or deals for this place. The experience...

From the moment I arrived at Blue Harmony Spa, I knew I was in good hands, but Jenny truly exceeded every expectation I had. I booked the Sapphire Massage hoping for a relaxing experience, and what I received was so much more: a deeply restorative, luxurious, and personalized treatment that left me feeling like a brand-new person.
Jennyâs technique is nothing short of masterful. She intuitively knew exactly where to focus and how much pressure to apply, effortlessly working out tension I didnât even realize I was carrying. Her hands felt both strong and soothing, moving with precision and care. Every stroke was intentional, and she maintained a perfect rhythm throughout the session that melted my stress away.
What truly sets Jenny apart is her attention to detail and genuine care. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and pampered, from adjusting the temperature and lighting to ensuring I was hydrated and grounded after the massage. Her calming presence, professionalism, and warmth made it easy to relax and fully surrender to the experience.
The Sapphire Massage itself was heavenly, but it was Jenny who transformed it into something extraordinary. She blended therapeutic skill with a nurturing energy that felt healing on every level, body, mind, and spirit. I could feel the care she put into every movement, and I left the spa floating on air.
If youâre considering booking a massage at Blue Harmony Spa, do yourself a favor and request Jenny. Sheâs an absolute gem, and I canât wait to come back for another session. Thank you, Jenny, for an unforgettable experienceâyouâve truly set the standard for what exceptional bodywork...
Read moreThe entire experience was the worst spa experience I've ever heard about. I purchased the Swedish massage with Aromatherapy Bliss for my fiance as an early birthday/"only one more month before our wedding" gift so she could have a nice relaxing day, but what she just told me about was anything but. To start, the Front Desk employee of the hotel wasn't sure where the spa was located, so my fiance was a little unsure of where she was going at first. The massage itself started off okay, but the massage therapist got increasingly rough while attacking knots in my fiance's back, which became the focus of the massage instead of relaxation. She said it felt more like a sports massage, which isn't what we booked. The worst part was the amenities. Whatever keeps the sauna warm made a horrendously loud noise every few minutes when it kicked on, making it difficult to truly relax. In addition, the hot tub was cold, which was made worse by the fact that the A/C is cranked so high in the place. The manager of the location was empathetic in listening to feedback and offered a voucher to return for a complimentary massage, but I can't envision why she would ever want to return given how many other spas there are in the area. I'm hurt that my fiance didn't get the relaxing day she deserved. I'm even more upset with myself that I didn't notice the red flags in previous reviews that talk about some of the things my fiance experienced. Please go with a different spa if you're looking to treat yourself or...
