Harvest Bistro — Restaurant in Kissimmee

The best part of our visit to Harvest Bistro was the front receptionist—warm, personable, and truly provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, everything past the front door went downhill quickly.

There were only two other customers in the entire restaurant when we arrived, yet it took 15 minutes for our server, Stan, to casually stroll over and acknowledge us. That set the tone for the rest of the visit.

Anticipating the pace of service, we decided to order dessert along with our burgers and fries just to avoid another long wait. At one point, when my daughter asked where our food was, I half-joked that they must be out back killing the cow and preparing everything from scratch.

Sadly, the joke turned out to be the most enjoyable part of the meal. Between the lackluster service, the long wait times, and the underwhelming food quality, this experience did not come close to meeting even basic expectations.

I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I felt compelled to share this in the hope of saving someone else the time, money, and disappointment. There are too many great dining options out there—this just isn’t...

Stopped in for lunch since it was raining & the pool dining area was closed. We ordered a burger & a salmon bowl. I answered questions about my burger order (cheese, side & how I wanted it cooked). Other person in my party wasn’t asked any questions because he ordered salmon bowl. Food arrived —2 burgers. Other person decided to keep burger since he was very hungry & it was almost 1 pm. Waitress comes back after meal & says something to my guest. He says it’s it was fine but it is not what I ordered & she replied “well come back tomorrow”. (Yes, he said he would keep the burger because he was hungry ) but I would have expected an I’m sorry or my mistake or something. She did give 25% off bill. (Which was 1/2 the price of the burger = $14.00). My burger was good. Fries were hot. Service was lacking. It wasn’t that she had too many clients. She only had 1 other table of 1 person when we arrived & ordered. Won’t go back. If raining again & pool bar closed will go to the grab & go convince store in the lobby or order...

I enjoyed the Signia breakfast buffet, and the cornucopia of offerings was excellent! Flavorful, fresh, and well prepared were all the breakfast foods, from made-to-order omelets to the sausage links and bacon slices. Fluffy pancakes, bagels, cereals, all fit for a carb-lover's dream come true! It's difficult to find good service, much less expect great service. However: if you are fortunate enough to have Jeff as your server, you will have all expectations exceeded! This gentleman is a walking "master class" of how excellent service once was, and hopefully, will be again! I'm more than happy to have found this gastronomic gem, and experience a 5 star...
